They also refused to tell us a price until we got there. 185$ for a single night after my car was towed from my apartment complex despite having a resident sticker. They are required to take a photo before towing to prove there's not sticker and they failed to do that. Not only are they scammers, they are thieves . I parked in front of my house for 15 minutes and have a parking sticker. When I called guy said that it's because I don't have a permit parking sticker. he argued with me until he hung up. then when I called back he said because there was a no parking sign further up. made me pay $150 just to also steal my wallet and my charger, and my daughter's medication is gone too.. My car was towed out of a parking spot that I've been using for 11yrs. No warning, no signs, nothing!!! Reason was not legit at all. I live in front of where he took my car and I have it all on camera. Manager ordered him to give my money back but he still came back the next day and stole my neighbors car out of the spot she's been using since she moved in. Illegally towed my car from a legal parking spot on a public street. Claimed the car was towed from a different street. I had an Airtag in the car that showed where it had been and where it was. The police had to direct me to them and when I called, I was laughed at when I asked how much it would be to get my vehicle back. They returned it for $170 cash only with no receipt. We hired Anytime Towing to help us enforce a fire lane at my condo. Only once did I actually see them send a truck when we called. Finally, the person on the phone told me they were discontinuing the agreement because people would come get their cars once they saw the tow truck there. I understand the problem, but this is the business you're in. Totally unhelpful. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I recently had my car towed because I parked in the parking lot of my mothers apartment (WINN Residential/Urban Edge). As frustrating as it was, I told myself "it is, what it is". I drive over with my partner and my mother and parked out front and was told someone would be there soon to help us. We get out of the car and I get a phone call from the dispatcher reminding me not to get close to the cars because there are dogs back there. I agree and we hang up. As I'm standing around smoking a cigarette, my mother is walking around their car-made gate (cars are used to block in towed cars) and my partner is walking along the sidewalk, also smoking, I get a phone call from the dispatcher again, this time screaming at me to get away from the cars (referring to my mother) and that he can see us through a camera. I tell him we're not going to do anything (what can we do with a blocked in car?) and that my mother is just looking from the outside. He then proceeds to tell me that if we go in there we would "pay for it". Meaning, the we would be attacked by dogs. I'm shocked that he's talking to me like this and I tell him, "Pay for it? That sounds like a threat, but okay, you don't have to worry about anything" He then interrupts me and starts cursing up a storm about him not "fucking threatening" me and that if I wanted a threat I could wait until tomorrow morning to pick up my car. He proceeds to tell me that he sees "that guy walking around over there" (referring to my partner) and I explain to him that he is only smoking. I tell the guy that his lack of professionalism is SHOCKING and that I can't believe he's talking to me like that. He says he deals with a lot of people that do "crazy shit" and so I tell him that we are not the ones to do "crazy shit" and he shouldn't generalize everyone. We hang up and shortly after, the person that we've been waiting for shows up. He was a nice guy and was very respectful. We complained to him about the dispatcher whose name we found out is Clyde. Anytime Towing is on the same lot as Hyde Park Auto Electric. I'm not sure if it is the same company or if the towing company uses their lot, but I would NOT want to associate my business with Anytime Towing when they have staff members with no respect towards customers in the community. If there are any other property managing companies out there that are using their services (including WINN Residential), I would find a towing company that has a little more respect for their tenants. read more

I do not recommend this towing company. They have a system of towing that is more like theft. I tried to recover my vehicle and they demanded cash and were extremely rude and unprofessional. As I came to my vehicle, I noticed my car was damaged by the front door that I know was not there before. But of course total denial and total rudeness. I would not give them any of my future business and I own a parking lot. I will use other towing companies. read more

When i asked what could be done about this I was told that the these scratches and marks were my fault. I asked what I could do and I was told to file a complaint and leave. nasty, rude people. they towed my car from the roxbury mass court house on april 16, 2019. my pocketbook and cell phone were in the car. i am a disabled 60 year old woman. when i asked the driver if i could get my pocket book and/or cell phone for getting money to pay. he rolled up his window and pulled off. when i had a court officer phoned them for me i was told that the driver would not return and that i had to come to the lot before 5pm and bring $160 in cash to release my car. i had no money, no wallet, no cell only my car keys stranded in the city of boston, which i don't live in. i had to beg and cry to get public transportation to their location. once there, they refused to give me the name of the driver who stranded me in that way. and told me that i had 20 minutes to get them the money or my car would be there another day. i grabbed my pocketbook and cell while several of them surrounded me in the lot as if i was going to jump in and drive around a truck and a van that was blocking my car and escape without paying. they came out to the sidewalk and watched as i walked a half mile to a convenient store to an atm. i made it back at 4:57 pm. lucky for me. today, i am not well as i have numerous medical conditions and the walking and stress exacerbated and caused me to be bedridden. they deserve a definite -0 rating and should be closed until they learn how to behave as humans with respect for all. read more
