After replacing the passenger's side window on my 2015 Mustang, the window was installed incorrectly and does not seal properly when fully rolled up. There is a visible gap that can easily be seen with the naked eye. Because of this poor installation, there is a high-pitched wind noise while driving that is loud enough to hurt my ears, and soap and water enter the vehicle through the gap during a car wash. A properly installed window should not have these issues. Even worse, they failed to remove all of the shattered glass from inside the door before installing the new window. Every time I roll the window up or down, I can hear glass grinding inside the door, and large pieces of glass continue to fall out. The remaining glass has continued to cause additional damage inside the door, something that should have been prevented during the original repair. To make matters worse, my vehicle was damaged while it was in their care. Rather than taking responsibility for the damage, they have refused to accept accountability. I was told someone would contact me regarding my concerns, but despite that promise, no one has made any effort to reach out to me, address the problems, or correct their mistakes. Instead, I have been left with a vehicle that was returned in worse condition than it should have been. The workmanship, lack of quality control, poor communication, and refusal to stand behind their work have made this one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. Customers pay to have their vehicles repaired correctly, not to receive an improperly installed window, ongoing damage from glass left inside the door, additional damage to their vehicle, and then be ignored when they ask the company to make it right. I cannot recommend Auto Glass Express to anyone. Based on my experience, I would advise others to take their business elsewhere if they want quality workmanship and a company that stands behind its repairs. EDIT. I respectfully disagree with several statements in your response. First, I was never offered photos or video showing the condition of my vehicle before or after the work. Stating now that cameras exist is not the same as offering to provide that evidence during the process of trying to resolve my concerns. Second, the appointment was not something your business proactively arranged. I was the one who had to call after waiting approximately five hours after opening, despite being told I would receive a call that morning. That call never came. I had to initiate the follow-up myself. I was also asked to wait through the entire weekend before my concerns could be addressed, despite the forecast for rain. From my perspective, this unnecessarily increased the risk of water entering my vehicle and causing additional damage. My review is based solely on my personal experience. Everything I stated reflects what I honestly experienced throughout this situation. It is not "non-factual" simply because your business disputes my account. Regarding the claim that I was rude, I disagree with that characterization. I was frustrated because of the circumstances and the way my concerns were handled, but I contacted your business seeking a resolution. Finally, my concerns about professionalism are based on more than just my own experience. During my visit, I witnessed staff making fun of another customer after he left the business because he had raised concerns about the workmanship on his vehicle. That interaction did not inspire confidence in how customer concerns are treated. I would have preferred this matter be resolved privately. Instead, I felt it was important to leave an honest review describing my experience so that other customers can make their own informed decisions. I stand by my review because it accurately reflects my experience.
