My adjuster had issues with the shop looking at the vehicle so that caused delays. Then when it was all said and done, I got a call from my insurance saying that the shop wouldn't negotiate and that there would be out of pocket costs when I pick up my car. Sure enough they made me pay for the differences that there wouldn't work with the insurance co. Come to find out they are not a preferred shop. I feel like I was lied to by the shop and I would not only not recommend getting your car repaired here. But I wouldn't utilize this shop for anything. Beware they will screw you over. Terrible business.
