Although their shuttles don't seem as frequent as others, their service is consistent, and that's huge when dealing with flights and tight schedules. This was the first time I've ever used long term parking at the airport. I had done some internet shopping with various parking companies. Anza was by far the most highly praised and had the most reasonable rates for a long park. Compared to Lyft/uber rides, for a two week stay, the cost was close to identical. Before arriving I made a reservation online via the website ( for some reason the app wasn't working on my phone). Use the coupon tab to get a promo code. Apparently all the codes offer the same discount. You can choose to prepay or pay at the lot. I choose to pay at the lot. Since the app wasn't working for me, I printed the reservation information. Arriving in the middle of the night at completely new long term parking seems like a daunting task. But I was completely wrong. There were no staff except for the shuttle driver. But Anza parking is meticulously organized. There were clear signs which guided you through the whole parking process step by step. The signs were perfectly positioned. In the wee hours there is no valet parking. You self park. But once you find your spot you wait for the shuttle. The shuttle driver followed me. This was a great relief. Being alone in an enormous deserted parking lot would have been unnerving. The driver assisted me with my luggage. He gave me a ticket with my parking spot recorded. Payment is expected after you return from your trip. It's a short drive from the parking to the airport about 5-8 minutes. The driver knew exactly the right terminal down to the best door to use for my airline. Once again he assisted me with my luggage. The driver was courteous throughout. Don't forget to tip the driver the way I did. A big bad on my part, which I regret deeply. On the return trip, you need to find the spot labeled "off airport parking" which is located on level two, on the central island(exit the terminal, take the crosswalk across the street) and look for the signs posted. The Anza shuttle will be clearly labeled in the front of the vehicle. The shuttle runs often. I waited for nine minutes. The shuttle runs 24 /7. The driver will collect your ticket and drive you to your parked car if you have self parked. This time I remember to tip the driver. Drive your car back to the entrance/exit. Then drive to the exit lane which is clearly marked. There will be a kiosk with a friendly staffer. You will need your quote and your ticket. I had already entered my credit card information via the website and payment was trivially easy. I recommend Anza Parking wholeheartedly. read more

I guess you pay for what you get. Shuttle going to airport was alright and picked up at somewhat reasonable time. However, that's not the case with return to parking shuttle pick up. Waited for over 30 mins for the shuttle to come, and considering that it's after midnight when there isn't much people coming into the airport as any flights taking off would have had passengers already checked into airport. Throughout the duration waiting for the shuttle, park sfo came 5 times, aloft/westin came 3 times and park & fly came twice. Not sure what to make of this except that management needs to consider adding maybe even one more shuttle to make it more efficient and friendly to travelers? read more

The parking was convenient and fair priced for someone who worked at the airport. The policy wasn't clear. They charged me an extra day after I paid three days reservation by saying there's no in and outs. That wasn't told to me until after my second day. How would I be able to retrieve my vehicle after my shift? I'd have to pay an extra day after I've already paid my reservation online through a third party vendor for that day. read more

They were busy on a summer Friday morning so we were glad to have our reservation. Dropped our car off and we're promptly shuttled to SFO. Pickup was easy, it took a little but but we kept in mind it was a 15-20 min shuttle ride so we were patient. Normally the service is Top notch, and I use Anza weekly for the past 4-5 years. But I am expressing a concern on 18 Feb 26 at 0800, at the terminal shuttle drop-off. I observed shuttle #5 preparing to leave and immediately contacted the dispatcher, requesting to get a hold of the driver to hold, as I was only seconds away. Despite my proximity and dispatch's attempt to communicate, the shuttle #5 (Mr. Tai, driver; found out his name) as I reached the curb making no acknowledgement of my presence drove off. This action resulted in an additional 20-30 mins wait for the next shuttle, causing significant inconvenience. I spoke to the driver who pick me up later and he heard the dispatcher's request (at the lot) for him to hold. Mr. Tai's behavior is not aligned with Anza's expected service. Again, the services I get with Anza is usually great and they go above and beyond--Not this day with Mr. Tai. His behavior is concerning making me put a YELP so management could investigate and not repeat it for any passenger. Heard this happens more than once on his watch. As our recent 5-day trip to Vancouver started at SFO, Gayle and I drove down from Genoa (NV) and parked the car near the Airport. I used the SpotHero app and reserved a spot at Anza Parking at around $87 total (with tax). My impressions: 1. Anza has a big lot that struck me as a little tired looking. Maybe it was the temporary buildings and the hot days we arrived and left. 2. Shuttle service to Terminal 2 (Air Canada) was efficient enough with a fairly timely pick-up and a helpful driver. He provided a slip of paper with the correct parking spot number. We tipped him $5 for a job well done. 3. Shuttle service from Terminal 2 back to Anza Parking had some issues. One was the long wait at the curb for the van. The other was that our driver drove right past our spot (as shown on the slip). The van did stop at the net row on the way back, so we got off there and walked. 4. The SpotHero QR Code scan worked like a charm coming into the Anza Lot and not coming out. A helpful staff member at the pay window helped with a smile. NOTES TO SELF 1. Try harder to fly out of Reno (at a good price) and avoid the drive to SFO, and the associated traffic hassles, and parking challenges. 2. If I end up at SFO and chose to use SpotHero again, try to put my "cheaper wins", take a second look after "cheaper wins". 3. Have a little more empathy for the shuttle van drivers. My guess is that there are larger management issues beyond missing a drop off spot or waiting a fairly long time for a pick-up. read more

Last week we parked at Anza for a one-week trip. Upon return Saturday night (International Terminal) there were NO Anza shuttles for 35 minutes! During that time we saw 4 Park SFO shuttles. We called 2x and yet nothing. Not fun waiting in the cold with the designated stop adjacent to the smoking area. Of course by that point Anza did not have room for everyone so a few patrons were forced to wait even longer. Looking at the recent reviews it appears this is par for the course since Anza apparently reduced the number of shuttles. And in fact we experienced the same long waiting time on prior occasions. Beware the high cost of the low price - Anza is not worth it unless you don't value your time. read more

My experience as a first time at Anza was not what I anticipated. The drop off left us very far from our airline door. And pick up was very confusing. It was late night and apparently I gave incorrect terminal location for myself and husband after a long international flight home. When calling for shuttle ride, the dispatcher was very rude twice. We parked there recently for our ten-day trip. I initially planned to uber from our house to the airport, but we couldn't figure out how to get home, so glad we came upon Anza Airport Parking service. The parking lot is less than 10 minutes from the airport. The lot is HUGE. Spaces are NOT compact / tight and can fit bigger cars. The ride to and from the airport was quick and safe. The drivers helped us load our heavy luggages. On our return trip, our call to their office was promptly answered and staff was really helpful in guiding us on where to wait for their shuttle pick up. Have been a loyal customer for years but their service is going downhill. Wait times for shuttles are just too long. Yesterday was not happy with their service so next trip we are trying another company. Arrived on a Monday at about 5pm called when we reached the pickup spot was assured a driver would arrive within a few minutes. About 10 mints goes by and a driver comes by doesnt bother to stop or even slow down WTH! I call again told them what happened he said you have to wait another 7-10 minutes for the next shuttle he refused to as the first driver to loop around and get us which would have been like another 3-4 minutes our of his way. It was cold and windy. Next shuttle does not arrive for 15 freaking minutes so nearly 30 minutes waiting and three phone calls. No apologies nothing...during that time we saw repeated pickups from other companies. Anza has reduced their frequency of pickups to the point where its not longer worth using them if you value our time. In the future I will pay a few dollars more per day for better service. read more

This morning we pulled in and had our two small Rollies within 5 feet of the door to the shuttle (at 5:10AM) and three other people were right ahead of us - the bus driver closed the door and left. We had a reservation, we're loyalty customers and the bus driver saw us heading to the door and he slammed the door shut and left- with the bus 1/3 full. Parked my car here for 10 days while traveling for Thanksgiving. The valet service is no additional charge, which was nice. The shuttles run frequently, I didn't wait at all to catch a shuttle to SFO and less than 15 min to get back to the lot upon return. Also - the shuttle driver called ahead when I got on at SFO and my car was ready for me when I arrived (with the windows defrosted and everything!).
