One year later bike has a stumble and almost stall when coming to a stop after driving a few miles. Went in and asked to talk to a tech and was told no you can't talk to a tech. The sales department is all about selling you a bike but the service department is a joke. My bike still has a warranty and I live 10 minutes from them but I'll take it 2 hours away to another dealership before going to them ever again.

Dropped off on Sunday night for them to start on Monday morning. We were told it would take 1 day and possibly one overnight (2 days). On day 2, we called for an update. They were struggling to get a bolt off and did not want to break it. We followed up on Day 3, same result with the bolt. Day 4, we followed up around 3pm, still cannot get a bolt off. It was not going to be done until at least Friday. Now we are up against a weekend. After a friendly conversation with Daniel, he said they could put it back together and we could come pick the car up because I was not understanding nor believed how it takes 5 days to get a bolt off. Picked the car up Friday morning. Took it to another shop around the corner Sunday night. Monday morning they reached out to my daughter (that is customer service) and asked who had been in her car because there were several broken bolts and the oil line going to the turbo was broken. No worries, they fixed it and we had it back on Tuesday. 1.5 days and it would have been 1 day but they had to fix what Gardner broke and lied about. I called to speak to Daniel about this and his response was "I am happy you were able to get it fixed." I know now that the problem was never that they could not get the bolts off, they broke it and tried to buy time by lying and could not fix what they broke. They never once reached out to us. They only way we knew anything was if we called ourselves, and clearly they were not honest about what was going on. After asking around, it makes sense. This is also a garage that people go to that will pass their car for an inspection when it should not. Shady all the way around. Do yourself a favor and avoid taking your car here.

I got my car and 2-3 weeks laters it was in the shop already, then picked it up another couple weeks I was driving and it started smoking and left me stranded. I had it towed and it was in their shop for another 2-3 weeks. Got it out I had it for 2 weeks or so and back in the shop. It stayed there another 2 weeks and the day I picked it up and drove home it started making a noise then the steering wheel locked up. They would not even cover the charge to come get with their own tow truck!! Then they tell me it is over $1,000 to fix this time. The only way I they were "willing to help" was to pay $750 now and the rest in the payments after I just did that that same day for another issues it had. I had it maybe 4 months and most of that they had in their shop. I kept paying my payments though. I am out the down payment and all the payments for the car that I barley had. They had it more than I did. Please please be aware there is absolutely nothing that can be done. Save your money to put a larger down payment at another dealership. This has drained me financially and mentally. I am back at square one with no car. And now this is going on my credit. They were never rude to me it's just sad that they were not willing to put the money I put into this car as a down payment for another vehicle. I wish there could have been a resolution but there wasn't any they don't care. So save yourself please if I would have ready everything I read after getting the car I would not have gone here. Roy and I handled all negotiations over phone, text, and email before I made the trip. When I purchased, there were no surprise fees or charges.
