Made an appointment for service on 7/15/24 truck was there all week. Finally got a call Friday…read moreafter 5:00 pm after inquiring in the morning. Was told there was a problem and it could take 2 months to diagnose and repair. No loaner car available. Don't recommend dropping your car off at this ford dealership. Take it to the big ford dealership in town. Put a call in to general manager 7/22/24 am and still haven't heard back. I got a call into Ford Motor Company. See what happens.

Access has gone through numerous service managers over the past several years. Their service department is 100% inept. I've had four or five vehicles in there over the years. Today takes the cake. They said my truck was ready to pickup. I got dropped off at 7am to get the truck. Their mechanic has my key in his toolbox and won't be in until 8:30am. I am amazed at how consistently poor their service is. Location makes this the only practical option. Worst service department I've ever used and that has covered 15-20 years. Find another option if you can.
