There are plenty of times where professionals will discuss with my husband even though I am the ultimate decision maker for my car. Do not recommend spending money here and if you do don't give your business to Steven. Talked to him first thing in the morning and made him well aware we were looking for a pre owned vehicle and were just going to test drive cars and check it out in person. When we arrive for our scheduled appointment instead of showing us the car and having a conversation he immediately asks " are you here to test drive and buy elsewhere". Truth is he knew the appointment was to look at the vehicle, but because we didn't agree to buy the car in 5 minutes he didn't show us any vehicles, didn't test drive anything and wasted my time. I regularly purchase vehicles out of state and rarely write reviews, but this experience stands out for the wrong reasons. I agreed to terms on a car and was ready to move forward. Instead, the dealership delayed the process on their end while "checking with other dealers" and handling things internally. During that time -- after several messages, a few phone calls, and multiple days of back-and-forth -- the car was sold to someone else. This wasn't a case of a last-minute competing buyer. It reflects a lack of deal control and a willingness to continue shopping a vehicle even after terms are agreed, without clearly communicating that to the buyer. At the level of purchasing a $90K+ vehicle in cash, there should be a much higher standard of professionalism, transparency, and follow-through. Instead, I was left in limbo while the dealership continued to pursue other options behind the scenes. The result was a complete waste of time and a breakdown in trust. If a dealership is not prepared to secure a vehicle once terms are agreed, that should be made explicitly clear upfront. Proceed with caution, and make sure you have explicit written confirmation that a vehicle is being held before assuming a deal is in place. read more

Love this place! Honest, and a great value when you start comparing dealerships. Just to give you an idea, first place I called, $350 just to evaluate the problem. Ed Hicks? $130 something. And they could have come up with a bunch of issues just to charge more. All it needed was Freon which they included with the cost of the evaluation. Batteries for your key? Free. Go elsewhere, which I have, $20. Ask for Gabriel. Nice, courteous and professional. Don't waste your time going elsewhere when you're in the Corpus area. read more

Amazing experience and customer service!! Went in for broken AC with no appointment and they were happy to squeeze me in during their fully booked out morning. Service department was efficient and transparent and I paid significantly under what I thought it would be! I also test drive some vehicles as I am looking to upgrade in the next year or so. Service assistant was very helpful in getting my 550SL in, in a timely. He and a technician went over my issues relative to getting the hard top Convertible operating correctly. Took 9 days to get parts in and get it fixed, which was ok for me as I was going on vacation and the provided me with a nice new Mercedes SUV. The problem was, before I left the dealership I attempted to put the top down, the Convertible top would not work. I went back to the service department and let them know. They took the car back to the service area and about a half hour later they brought the car to me, still not working, and told me it was a low battery problem. NOTE: There compressive car inspection indicated that batteries were in good shape??? They indicated that if I drove it for a while and/or charged the auxiliary battery it should probably work properly. Wouldn't you think that they would have checked the operation out before releasing the car to me, and charge the auxiliary battery if it was needed??? I drove the car a half hour back home and put the top down, it worked fine. Just a bit concerning that they would have made sure the car was in 100% operational relative to the repairs before they gave me the car back. read more

Gerald Vasquez was the gentlemen that helped find me a car that fit my needs. Gerald was both intuitive and sincere. I had just moved to Texas from Los Angeles where I had previously owned an Audi. The experience I had with the Keyes Dealership in Los Angeles was so bad I was intent to find a dealership that I could develop a long lasting relationship with. No Range Rover dealer in CC TX....WHY???? So.....I decided to check Mercedes Benz dealer for a large sedan......I wound up buying three cars in two years! First Jack was able to arrange an excellent trade in value for my RR (more than Landrover dealer!). Roy/Jack made certain all paperwork was prepared ahead of time so transaction was quick and smooth! .......I hit a huge pot hole one day (Shame on you city management!!!) Wheel and tire replaced within a day by delivering both to my home and installing them!!! Who does that these days??? Other small issues taken care of with friendly service. The loaner they gave one day me was so nice I bought it! Very friendly professional and down to earth sales team (even if they aren't working on your sale). Greeted by numerous employees while there waiting..... My dog is always welcomed with warmth! Staff member went out of her way to provide a bowl of bottled water for her!
