    Roy T!!! You are the man!…read more I was searching for a C300 with specific features and found one 3 hours away. Roy and I handled all negotiations over phone, text, and email before I made the trip. When I purchased, there were no surprise fees or charges. What I really appreciated was being treated as an equal by Roy as well as the entire dealership. There are plenty of times where professionals will discuss with my husband even though I am the ultimate decision maker for my car. Minor details that could've been a hassle if it wasn't for Roy's communication, follow-through, and general professionalism: - The C300 had a few small paint chips from normal wear and tear. - The spoiler wasn't attached properly Solutions: Roy said he'd mail over a touch-up kit, and he did. He also advised me to take it to my local Mercedes dealership for warranty repair (I didnt have the time to wait for the service to be done same-day at Ed Hicks). I followed up with my local dealership and like roy said, it was covered under warranty and everything went smoothly. The whole experience was easy, honest, and pleasant. Instead, the dealership delayed the process on their end while "checking with other dealers" and handling things internally. During that time -- after several messages, a few phone calls, and multiple days of back-and-forth -- the car was sold to someone else. This wasn't a case of a last-minute competing buyer. It reflects a lack of deal control and a willingness to continue shopping a vehicle even after terms are agreed, without clearly communicating that to the buyer. At the level of purchasing a $90K+ vehicle in cash, there should be a much higher standard of professionalism, transparency, and follow-through. Instead, I was left in limbo while the dealership continued to pursue other options behind the scenes. The result was a complete waste of time and a breakdown in trust. If a dealership is not prepared to secure a vehicle once terms are agreed, that should be made explicitly clear upfront. Proceed with caution, and make sure you have explicit written confirmation that a vehicle is being held before assuming a deal is in place.

    Took my wife's outback in for a simple oil and filter change. Right away I was informed it be about…read morea hour wait ok that's fine even though it's 9am and only one car was ahead of me. As the time went on the service rep approached me about a hour later to sit down and explain the services they wanted to do in which I denied all requests and informed him I just wanted the oil and filters changed. He showed me an air cleaner price of 60$ so right away I went to Subaru USA website to see they were sold for 20$ so I asked why the high mark up. He said well some times they are on sale online I showed him the website to which it was not on sale that just what the price is for a plain Jane air cleaner. He asked me if I wanted to rotate my tires I was very specific in telling him no that I was purchasing new ones later that week. After another hour the car was done with the service I paid them and drove home once getting out of the car I happened to notice they disregard me telling them not to rotate the tires and had done it anyway. I'm very disappointed in the wait time and the almost harassing attitude they have to push extra services that you are not requesting and already denied. I'll take my business and money north to San Antonio if it is Subaru related ever again.
