Ordered kitchen cabinets April 6th 2022. it is now Aug and the owner will not return my phone calls or text messages. she will not provide a delivery date nor refund my $4600 deposit. The store front is now empty and my money and cabinets are now where to be seen. read more

I find it strange that the customer has to chase the seller around to buy their product. That's what I've been experiencing with this place. I agreed to the quote and was then promptly "ghosted". I followed up a few weeks later and after some small talk, I was ghosted again. I guess they really aren't that interested in selling and installing cabinets. read more

Tasha and her company are everything that every other Negative review claimed. I cannot believe how someone is capable of coming up with so many lies and excuses as to why we are unable to get the cabinets that we ordered. She uses every excuse in the book and lies upon lies. It started with yes they are in the truck, then yes they're on there way to be delivered and installed. Then story changes to they are in the warehouse, oh now a different warehouse, oh now my husband fired the installers, oh we have to cut back the pantry, and now someone else is delivering them. We got 5 boxes dropped off at 8pm after two weeks of a different story multiple times a day for over two weeks and they were ALL the wrong ones! We said we were done with her shady antics and company and that we will be there to pick up the cabinets ourselves and she still gave excuses as to why we couldn't pick them up. Well I have been waiting a long time to get my money back from Tasha, I have got more excuses every time I contact here but it's never her fault. She owes me $1500.00 for orders I cancelled because she kept missing delivery dates. Hope fully people read these reviews before the place an order with her. There are many suppliers in the Okanagan that can delver quality products and do it on time. Truly a poorly run business run by people who don't care about their customers. Be prepared for worst experience ever. Lies, excuses, wrong cabinets, more lies, excuses, delays and shorted cabinets. No refund for shorted cabinets I had to replace with similar cabinets from elsewhere. Stay away. read more

If you need cab go some where else. They have played the blame game for over three weeks and won't return calls. I have been told the cabinets are there three times, drive down only to find out they are not. We had to put half down for Tasha to order and now going to call the credit card to get it refunded. It is apparent that we will never see our cabinets. I have talked to three different people while I wait for her to show up and everyone has the same story. Scam artist who do not complete work or get what the customer asks for. They need to be shut down.

We have worked with many different trades and companies so far but this company and the owner (Tasha) was the WORST experience we ever had!! I wished we never payed upfront!! (We found this company from Kevin G.'s ads from Facebook and Castanet who turned out to be the other owner and don't let his 5 star reviews fool you!) We had to delay the delivery and installation date so it doesn't take a long time as we have a little kid and we needed our kitchen immediately; and we were quoted "3 day install"; however it still took more than a month to get the kitchen done and EVERY DAY was a HASSLE!!!! (And it's still not done by the way!) She took ALL the measurements WRONG the first time and the snowball started rolling and only got bigger! Almost every single cabinet came wrong or damaged and took forever to replace. They got installed incorrectly by the first pair of installers and had to be re-done by another 2-man team 2 WEEKS LATER!!! (We have more pictures and videos if you're interested). Tasha's attitude was terrible during the process. Every time something was wrong, she blamed the Vancouver warehouse or the installers not showing up etc. She always had an excuse with a bad attitude and foul language even in our child's presence (although we warned her repeatedly!!!). Quality of the cabinets are awful! Yes we went with them because they promised quality with lower price!! What a horrible mistake!!! The doors (even after some of them being replaced) showed cracks and warping! Even the installers complained about the product and her lack of organization EVERY DAY!! Thankfully the second installers (Ryan and Mark) were a God-send!! They did their best to fix AOK's B.S.!!! For our sink, we asked her 3-4 times about the cabinet size to make sure we could buy the right size sink, and we purchased a black granite sink (and all matching accessories accordingly). BUT!!! Of course it was again a wrong size, the cabinet came 3 inches smaller and was installed!!! She said she would get the same brand granite sink for this size cabinet and buy the one we purchased from us, not to worry (!!!!) and after stringing us along for a week, she told us it was delivered; but the countertop guy kept calling us asking for the sink, -so he could cut the hole or we were going to be delayed 3 weeks more!! And she wouldn't answer his calls! Finally my husband dropped in on his way from work and found out that THERE WAS NO SINK!! She lied!!! Because we didn't want to waste any more time, we had to settle with a stainless steel sink from the countertop guy that night!!! NOT MY DREAM KITCHEN!!!!! (And buying the sink from us never happened, we had to sell it under the market value privately, so she cost us!!) I'm not even mentioning the garbage left behind for weeks! My husband eventually had to "deliver it" to her back door!!! After the final inspection she had the audacity to say "the doors didn't have time to acclimate! That's why the corner joints were cracking!" Although they were in the house for weeks before installing! (And yes we had to live with that mess too-without a working kitchen!!!) Oh and did I forget to mention that it was right before Christmas (2018)!! Upon final inspection, she told us that she will send Ryan to fix the cracks and we are still WAITING!!! February 9 2019!!! A-NOT-OK!!!! There are MUCH MORE to tell, but it's already a long review. If you took the time to read this whole entire review (which was actually a shortened version), our advice is to pay a little bit more for your cabinets, because we learned; you get what you pay for!!! This is by far the worse customer service I've ever experienced. I ordered my kitchen in January, and was told 1-2 weeks. I'm still waiting for it to be completed. I paid 50% at the time of ordering, and when I picked up what I was told were all my kitchen pieces in March, I paid the remaining 50%. I paid that under false pretences. I received a kitchen with missing pieces and also had pieces that were not part of my ordered kitchen. We assembled all we could, but quickly realized this wasn't right. We had trades lined up after them, in February. I had a tenant lined up for April. I've lost both trades and a tenant. Unfortunately I have no leverage since they've been paid. I've asked for a refund, to no avail. Tasha, one of the owners, is the most unorganized person you could meet. When you book a consultation appointment, she will answer all phone calls and text messages during your appointment time. The shop is disorganized and messy. I've been told MANY times now that Robert, her brother in law, would show up to install the missing pieces. In the last few weeks, I've tallied up that I've waited over 60 hours for this guy to no-show. When he does show up, he's ill-prepared and will use any of your personal tools that he can find. I received a nail gun as a gift. It has never been used and was bought for a very specific purpose. He helped himself to using it twice now and, once, it was swept in with a pile of garbage. There is zero respect from Tasha or Robert. Robert also showed up to my house and entered my backyard without any warning. Tasha said I was being difficult because I asked for communication about who was coming and when. She expects you to leave the door open for them and leave them unsupervised. There is nothing that tells me that any of these workers are trustworthy. Communication is non-existent. Tasha talks poorly about her employees and they speak poorly about her. This would never be acceptable at any other business. You have to babysit Tasha to get an answer, as she is full of lies and broken promises. This company has cost me more than double what the kitchen cost. AOK flooring is disrespectful, rude, and incompetent.
