Well, lesson learned on my end. Ensure you read everything! I had another company, and paid $50 a month, and they were decent. Aruza came around stated they would do flea and tick, included in the package $59. Well, stupid me didn't fully read the package. It doesn't cover flea and tick. Now, I get more ant hills, in my yard, and fleas and ticks, and pay more money. Careful of these people. So talked to the company, they stated yes all out doors stuff is on the plan. I have had ant hills pop up in the back. 3-4 big ones. So I talked with the company, they sent someone out, they said couldn't take care of them, gate was locked. Keep in mind it was latched not locked. So put in a request to re do the back yard because of the ant hills. Guy comes out dusts the house, sprays around it, and doesn't do anything for the hills, sits in his truck 10 mins and leaves. I watched the entire time, was waiting for him to get off the phone while he was here. He didn't, just did bare minimum and left. Ended spraying hills myself, because despite being here multiple times they won't take care of them. read more

Literally, DONT waste your money or let them lock you into an overpriced contract. It's insane how expensive they are for service that I'm unsure they even come to do - because they don't communicate. They also only come inside if you're home - but come on weekdays and don't tell you when. Sorry but my husband and I work full time week day jobs??? And then I can't get out because they want me to pay 330... so needless to say. Don't be like me, don't waste your money and sign a contract that you don't read (WOOPS!) because a 15 year old boy who asked me for weed is the one who "explained" the contract. We had the most knowledgeable sales representative out of the many we've dealt with in the the past. Reid was our sales rep and was definitely very polite and professional. Aruza Pest Control treats for pests that other companies do not. I've always believed that you get what you pay for, so the pricing was very reasonable. I had a salesman come to my door and offered to have my yard fogged for mosquitoes and other outdoor insects including fleas and ticks, treat the outside of my home and inside for a special promotional price of $55.00 Well my spouse and I discussed it and when the man came back the next day and set up an appointment with my wife for the same promotion price of $55.00 Now a month later, I'm seeing more roaches in my house, mosquitoes are horrible and there's huge ant mounds that have recently come up not to mention that the old ones are still there. And now this company is calling and harassing us for more money saying that wasn't the price we were both told. I refuse to pay another dollar for a crappy service that didn't help at all. If anything it's made it worse. I wouldn't use this service if it was free. And I will not pay anything else to this company. They might be great elsewhere but for a promotional deal that didn't work it's not worth it. read more

This company is nothing but a scam had them come out to spray around my house for termites and bugs, but was conned into signing a one year deal because guy said I needed to sign here for the receipt and never mentioned the fact there was a contract assigned to it.Only had them come out for a one time spray to see if I liked the results, and was told it would only be 49.99 since they had a "deal" going. Called the company after they charged me again the next month thinking they accidentally charged me 49.99 again. Nope they were taking out the payment for the plan I had no idea I signed up for, and when I went to cancel it and get my money back the lady told me I still had to pay the remainder of the full price of the spray which was another $150. I am not actually sure when they came and did anything. At the very beginning we would see them and then did t see them for months until sea guy came knocking on the door (ironically after we told them we weren't doing services with them anymore. Customer service is rough to deal with. The initial contact I had was not correct and then had to do some digging to find a contact. It's not expensive per se however keep in mind what you pay monthly you could do yourself for 6 months. Canceling the service was also rough. And got charged after saying we where canceling. I gave up fighting and just paid it and blocked future charges from them. read more

We signed up a year or two ago with Aruza and boy am I glad we did! We live close to the marsh and had a rat problem that was relentless and their team persevered! They treat our fire ants regularly which gives me peace of mind with lots of play dates at our house. We never have big spider or hornet problems since using them. They're super careful and kind about my excessive love for my plants and only use non harmful stuff near them. I love that if there is a new problem in between visits they'll just come out and deal with it! They don't charge for these in between visits unless they have to recommend a larger service. We had a german cockroach issue recently and we were obviously very concerned... RJ took very good care to educate me on all the possibilities (and worst case scenarios) - and we tackled it as a team. and he came back in one week and there were ZERO traces of the german cockroaches.. they were living in my fiddle leaf fig potted plant - I had no idea they liked houseplant soil! Sadly I had to move that plant outside and that was a big education piece for me. He still treated the house and saved me a huge extra service fee to do the whole german cockroach extermination process (pull everything out everywhere)... we didn't need to do that process becaus of the care he took to learn what the issue was, monitor and evaluate it so that it could be resolved without unnecessary time consuming and costly extra services. I LOVE ARUZA! My husband used to do all this himself and with two small kids I'm so thankful we can rely on Aruza and take this off his plate! Thanks RJ! read more
