Apex Asphault Paving are professionals at their craft. They have the knowledge, machinery and team to complete large paving projects. Our parking lot needed sealcoat, and we had about 33,000 sq ft. to cover. Reggie provided us advice and his communication was excellent via phone and email. He took the time to explain the cost/benefits of the paving options, and that made me feel confident in choosing Apex over other bids. The paving would be completed over 2 days and our lot would be split into two sections. The cracks would be filled and two layers of sealcoat would be applied. Reggie communicated the parking logistics via Google Map, so our team would know where to park during the paving. On the day of paving, the Apex team was quick to complete filling the cracks and added 2 layers of sealcoat AND painted our lines, handicap parking and customer parking. These guys are pros because the way they worked was efficient in getting things done with attention to detail. They chalked the parking lines and painted stencils for specific parking spots. Apex Asphalt Paving is as professional as they come. The amount of reviews they have do not correlate with the level of service and knowledge their team brings to the table. I started conversation with Reggie early in March, to fix an ADA project a previous contractor had failed miserably. He was concise, honest, responsive, and realistic regarding the project I had for him. We took a period of time off to see how COVID would unfold and eventually, Reggie followed up stating that they were able to continue projects while exercising necessary sanitary guidelines. Overall, the price quoted for the job was very reasonable, and completed in an extremely timely manner. If you are looking for a reliable and trustworthy company to do paving work, consider Apex before others. We hired Apex in September to repair/resurface our 20 year old driveway. There are hairline cracks and in one area the stone aggregates were showing through. We spoke with different companies but only Apex gave us a solution which was to use Gator Aid sealant to smooth out the rough area before applying a coat of asphalt emulsion sealant. The best part was the owner didn't gouge us with this solution; it was actually less expensive than applying 2 coats of the emulsion sealant which would not have smoothed out the uneven rough surface. The work was done in 2 days and we will definitely hire this company again! read more

Reggie and his team worked on my driveway as well as striped the Badminton Court lines. It was a tough job due to uneven surface and lots of cracks in the driveway. They finished the work back in May 2020 to my satisfaction. After the asphalt settled in, it developed more uneven surfaces. Reggie came back with his crew 2 times to fix these patches to my satisfaction and did not charge me a dime extra. His zeal for customer satisfaction is exemplary. Reggie and his team are more than deserving of this review. It was a pleasure dealing with him for getting the driveway and parking repaved in my apartment building. Not only was his job very nicely done but the was that he conducts himself is commendable. He is very punctual, very understanding of the specific requirements of the job and a great listener as he remembers every little thing. I did full research and took more than 3 estimates and Apex was the best. After the driveway was repaved, there was damage caused to the asphalt by a tenant and when I asked Reggie to fix those patches, he didn't even charge me for that. Our driveway was not only old, but had several severe cracks resulted from a huge pine tree. It desperately needed repaving. I looked up Yelp and found no feedback on Apex. Well, I decided to give them a try anyway. Reggie at Apex responded to my quote inquiry very timely over emails and came out for an inspection the following day, followed by a quote the same day Their quotation process was formal and organized. My driveway job was promptly scheduled once we have agreed on a price. Reggie brought with him a professional crew and small backhoe. They removed the old surface, chiseled out the old tree root, and totally prep the driveway during their first day. Second morning, Reggie showed up with a heavy duty paving machine and professionally finished my driveway within hours. Reggie was very attentive to details, checked with me on how I would like the driveway edge to my backyard to be finished, and put in a small indentation for water drainage at my request. He even patched up a small hole that was not within his original scope of work. When they finished the work, they left the street cleaner when when they came in, not leaving a single bit of asphalt on the road.
