Jose and his crew were absolutely amazing! I was looking for someone to replace our makeshift end-of-line cleanout with a proper one, and Jose came out on a Saturday to give me an estimate - super fair pricing and great work done quickly on the next Friday. We ended up telling him about our crumbling cast iron main sewer line under our slab foundation, and a belly in the garage that's been causing us problems every year, and Jose offered us the CIPP + robot cutter trenchless solution so that we don't have to dig up every connection in our house, and it was at a fair price. Since they did a great job with the cleanout replacement, we decided to do the whole sewer line CIPP and dig up the belly too. Jose and crew arrived promptly at the scheduled time to start the work. They dug up a trench in the garage and replaced the section of the pipe with the belly on day 1. After the belly was replaced with new pipe, there was still not enough slope for the new section to properly drain, because the two end of the existing pipes were just at the wrong height and simply replacing the belly was not enough. Jose communicated this to us and proposed another solution where they would pipe burst under the current pipe for the section that's too high to my front yard clean out so that the whole section would have proper slope, at no extra charge. Meanwhile the crew in the back were working on the CIPP in parallel. They measured out where the openings were and carefully marked the linings with the measurements. Inserted the linings, cured it, cut it, then used robot cutters to reopen the connections. After everything was done, they patched everything back, and cleaned up the whole place. When they patched the concrete in the garage back, they made sure put in rebar to support that small cut out section of the concrete. We saw the final result together in the camera inspection and the pipe looks great - no more bellies and one nice sewer line with proper slope and smooth lining. I'm so glad I found this company and Jose who I know I can trust to do high quality work and do the right thing when there are unexpected hiccups that arise. The cast iron sewer system under our house was 72 years old and described as "paper thin" by a plumber 10 years ago. Time to upgrade to ABS. Pipe-Thru was recommended to me by my Contractor who remodel my bathroom, and Jose came to bid on the project. His bid was very reasonable, and since my contractor had experience with his work, I decided to engage him to do the project. They came to replace the cleanout to the street as required by WVSD, and did it within a day. However, it took WVSD 3 weeks to come inspect before they can fill it up and proceed with the completion of the project. THey finally completed the project today, and is now waiting for Final Inspection. After installing the clean out to the street, with the hole already dug, they suggested that we replace the sewer line to the house and install a 2 way clean out next to our house for easy maintenance, since the line was pretty old and clogged, so we decided to do that as their bid was rather reasonable. I need to install a property line cleanout as required by the city for my bathroom remodel project. I picked Pipe-Thru Trenchless Plumbing for this work out of few highly rated companies on Yelp not only because they gave the best quote, but also because I was very impressed by its owner Jose for his skill. Among all the people I interviewed with, Jose was the only one who can precisely estimate how deep the sewer line is without running the camera by opening the main sewer line cover on the street. On the date of the work, Jose's crew members showed up on time and started to do the work right away. You can tell that all the crew members are highly experienced and know exactly what they are doing. My house sewer line was tricky, but they were able to identify the exact property line cleanout location under my lawn and started digging. By noon, they have already did a 7-8 feet deep trench. They then went down to install the cleanout pipe. We have to leave the trench open for inspection, so they put few covers on the work area, wrap around the area for safety, and put few buckets of rocks and the concrete lid aside which will be used for the backfill. All are done in such a professional manner that I am really impressed. They also took pictures and upload to the city for inspection. It then took 2 weeks for the city to come and pass the inspection. After that, they promptly came back the next day to do the backfill. This time, it was another set of crew members, but they are the same professional and highly skilled. They carefully put the soil and rocks layer by layer, watering the soil and use compacter to compact the ground to make sure everything is solid. They then took pictures and clean the entire area thoroughly. Again, I am really impressed by their professional work. I've been dealing with piping issues for years due to an 80-year old house, and root growing throughout the pipes. Finally came a major leak underneath the house and two other plumbers came out and could not fix it. They gave up after 4 hours trying to unclog the pipe. I found Pipe-Thru on Google search and Jose (the owner) came to my house within 1 hour. He inspected the problem and immediate came up with the smartest solution. After getting really expensive quotes from having to excavate the whole side of the house & walkway (which was COMPLETELY unecessary with a trenchless method), Jose came in with a reasonable quote. He explain how he'd reroute the plumbing piping for the bathroom (without having to reorganize how toilet, tub etc were laid out ...which another contractor had told me would have to do). That way we avoid further issues down the line with the main sewer pipe running under a bedroom too, that had rotted out after 70 years ad was under slab of house. Thorough, efficent, good communicator, good cleanup (would have never known they were there after 3 days!), they gave me a decent price. They accidentally broke handle of faucet, and since it was old, they replaced the whole thing for free afterwards. The only work they didn't do is replace the tiles for the bathroom floor and their recommendation of contractcor was pretty high in cost. After finding out the damage that was done over time to the GI pipe, some due to time and the remaining due to the bad plumbing that was done while the house was being put together ( directly connecting GI to copper pipe causing electrolysis resulting in rusting and choking the GI pipe) I reached out to Jose and team amongst others to find out what could the best and fastest way to replace the pipe. Jose was the first to show up and I was pretty impressed finding out about the trenchless technique to do this job. Only asked for an estimate. My landscape drain gets clogged sometimes. Another company quoted me $9000 for trenchless replacement with pipe-bursting. I wanted another estimate. Pipe-Thru arrived on time. Quickly ran their camera through and told me that the pipe is good and nothing to replace. It was just undersized for the size of the yard. What the other $9000 company told me was a breakage in the pipe, Pipe-Thru said was an intact tee, which made sense because it was near a downspout. Pipe-Thru also said that pipe bursting would not be recommended here because the pipe is shallow and underneath a concrete patio which could get damaged. I had a puddle of water in my crawlspace and I thought my galvanized rusted sewer pipe cracked. I got quotes from 5 plumber contractors to replace my sewer pipes.
