The most important thing was I needed to get it done the same day. I discovered a defect in my old tire that needed to be addressed immediately. I scheduled an appointment for 5 pm, but I arrived early. The person who checked me in said that they may not be able to get my car done before closing but he would check. That's when Mr. David came out and said, "Sure, we can get it done." What a relief! The tires that i had selected were not available in the size I needed for my vehicle (my girl has big feet), so Mr. David suggested a comparable tire and saved me a few coins in the process. I was able to get tires and an alignment that evening. Owning and maintaining a car is expensive, there is no way around it if you want to be safe on the road, but customer service is a major factor that keeps me returning to a shop. It is one factor that encourages loyalty from customers. I would definitely visit this NTB location again, the service, selection, and speed would keep me coming back.

He ignored me while I was standing at the desk, helped someone else instead, then yelled at me when I spoke up. I had my car towed to this Aamco because it was recommended for transmission replacement. Only my engine light was on. However, instead of concentrating on the transmission, they told me the catalytic converter was blocked and it needed to be repaired before the transmission could be replaced. Then I get a call about an electrical problem with my SUV keeping it from starting, and again I was told it had to be fixed before the transmission could be replaced. They kept my vehicle almost two months trying to fix the aforementioned problems. When they "fixed" the issues and called the warranty company for how much they will pay towards my transmission claim; according to them the warranty company wanted them to find a rebuilt transmission instead of a new one; then finally the company representative told them they would only pay less than $2,000 toward a new transmission. I requested my vehicle back, they charged me over $2,000 for the work they did. The manager took me on a test drive and I asked why are all these other warning lights on; he told me there were additional problems that needed repair. When I got in me vehicle to go home, it would not start. The mechanic mumbled something about my battery. He got it started with a jump. They succeeded in doing irreparable damage to my vehicle's electrical system, and they did not replace my transmission. This left my vehicle worst off then when I had it towed to them.

The one day my car was supposed to be finish Mr. Doug & Mr. Manny call me and said it would be a one day delay only. And they were willing to pay for a rental car for that day and I got my car the next day with no problems. I was quoted $619 to replace and I asked why it's so much because the average replacement is less than $300. He said the top and bottom was cracked; however, it shouldn't matter since the top and bottom thermostat housing is glued together by the manufacturer and it comes as one unit. They brought the price down to $555 but IMO still over priced. I'm from out of town and was in the area visiting family so I was at the mercy of their service. I got it replaced but this will be my first and last at Meineke!

He kept my Camaro for 3weeks starting in January, telling me every other day that he'd be done in 2-days and when I call him in 2days,  he'd refuse to respond. He moved my pick up date 11 times...yes 11 TIMES!  I have photo and email evidence of all. Each time he moved those dates, he'd tell me my car would to be ready in 2 days, when that day came, he'd move it again, stating that he just had to finish the bumper (He was always finishing the bumper). I asked him few times to send me progress pics especially because he initially suggested it. He never sent one and stopped responding when I asked. The third week he calls me on a Tuesday, stating he has completed my car and would definitely have my car ready for me on Thursday, with an extra free caliper paint job as well because " I had been so patient". Then on Thursday, he refused to pick up his phone when I called him. He refused to return any texts until I texted him that my brother was dropping me off.... then came the furious texts, (and a call) asking me not to come with my brother and to hold off on coming because he had a lot of paperwork for me to sign. So I asked him to leave the keys with his workers (He had boasted several times to me that he has a lot of workers helping him). Then he said the front and rear bumpers were not attached yet.  He asked me NOT to bring my brother along with me.  He said he'd come pick me up on Friday to come get my car. I asked him if he had a picture of the completed work. 6 hours later he sends me a picture of the rear bumper with a tiny section of my car wrapped....... He had only done the work that day. On Friday when I called to confirm him picking me up as he promised verbally and in writing, he refused to respond to me in a timely fashion. My brother called him, and he told my brother he had promised to pick me up and asked why I had gotten someone else involved.   I set out to get my car anyway and did not alert him until I got there. He was not at his shop. (whilst I was on my way there he had texted me to say he had not attached the bumper because he got into an accident). When I got to his shop, and after threatening him with police action due to thievery, he showed up, opened up his garage door and lo and behold was my car with with the bumper on and just one tiny side of my car done. He told me it was completed just that morning. Then 5 mins into my getting there, I began to record our conversations and this lying creature had the audacity to tell me that whilst I was standing there, with my brother as witness, he had affixed the bumper back on........... I was standing right there. My brother was standing right there. That is sickness. He needs a mental hospital asap. He is lazy. He has a very ridiculous and irrational temper. He is Erratic.  His communication skills are seriously lacking. He also was not in an accident. I Paid him what he asked in full. He owes me money now.

I had an excellent experience at Boswell's which is where I got everything fixed for a fraction of the price. Bill and Tom, the latter of whom is the owner we're super friendly and nice. Tom's wife answers the phone and is polite and courteous. I wanted the job done quickly and efficiently so that I could get my car back on the road otherwise I wouldn't be able to move forward with the rest of my work in business meetings they were very understanding of that and made sure that they did everything to accomplish it and exceeded my expectations I have absolutely nothing horrible to say about them because they're such wonderful folks and apparently they've been in business for a very long time and they know what they do and they're good at it. If you ever find yourself stuck in the area and need car repairs I would have no hesitation to recommend them to anyone
