The day of service, he gave me a courtesy call that he will be arriving shortly. He arrived at the exact time he said. Casey got back to me with a quote (on a Sunday) within about two hours. Came out to my house this morning and replaced my windshield in about an hour. The final price wound up being the same as what he quoted me (which isn't always the case), the work appears solid and also comes with a lifetime warranty against things like leaks. He was also able to salvage my brake tag, which is awesome, as I've read some establishments don't take the time to do that. Price-wise, he's way more reasonable than, say, SafeLite (by about $150, in my case). Hopefully, I won't need his services again any time soon, but if I do, I'll definitely be calling again. read more

I had a rock fall off a highway overpass and onto my car this past Thursday, and cause a bunch of cracks on my windshield. I called around to a number of places, and ended up speaking with Casey at Apex Auto Glass. He answered all of my questions, had me text him photos to help answer the questions I didn't know the answers to (such as whether I had a rain sensor for my wipers) and scheduled to come to my house on Monday to replace the windshield.
