Peach Design responded quickly online and came the next day to give a quote in person. After agreeing to go with their company on Friday, they started the flooring the following Tuesday and finished it the next day (Wednesday). They communicated clearly, were responsive to our questions, and were very professional. The LVT they recommended was commercial grade which was much thicker and sturdier than what we previously had. The quote they gave was comparable to others but the reason we chose them was they noticed that there was a concern about our existing floor not being level which they planned to address during their install. Our new floors look and feel great! We would highly recommend Michael and his team!

Anyway, once we set the date and time he was super communicative, the whole time. He showed up on time with all of his materials ready to work. Once the hole was covered he even went to Home Depot to get the exact color paint for my ceiling. I felt very comfortable with Javier who was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Chad conned me out of $3,400…read more One month ago he signed the contract with me to rebuild parts of my deck and cut down several trees. In total, Greenleaf worked on my project for about 5 hours over the course of those 30 days, and did not complete any of the work for which they were contracted. The pictures attached show how they left the property in complete disrepair. The lone tree they cut down actually fell on my house (because of their incompetence) before they left the remnants in my lawn. All of the handrails for my deck were cut off with a chainsaw, and 1/2 of the planks were unscrewed from the joists. That's where the work stopped. Obviously, the deck is completely unusable now, and is unsafe for the family to walk on. Chad refused to answer my phone calls after taking the check for the deposit. Instead, he occasionally responded to text messages with myriad excuses and lies about how his crew will be at the job site tomorrow or later today. I regret not googling the owner before signing the contract. If I had I would have found official complaints on record at the Better Business Bureau for this exact same behavior.

The reason I am only giving 2 stars is due to the experience afterwards. Davit promised us to come back to fix any bulging or squeaky spots, but he has never done that. We have several spots making squeaky noise when stepping on it. Not only does it sound annoying, but also wakes up the baby (which takes significant effort to make him sleep again...). We called Davit and left messages several times, but he never responded. Not sure if he is avoiding responding intentionally, or it's just some miscommunication here. Hope to hear from them soon!

Unfortunately, from my extensive research, their estimate was exorbitant and provided an "overkill" solution to alleviate my "occasional" basement water seepage problem and furthermore couldn't be started for a month. I then called Wet Seal. Shane came out the next day and customized an efficient solution that not only targeted my specific problem but also came at a very reasonable price. Implementation occurred 2 days later, was very fast and included a "test run" with a water hose to show me what to expect during the next hard rain. After "completing" mold remediation in a home we were preparing to purchase, the company provided a written Post Remediation Verification letter explaining the criteria they use to determine whether a job passes. According to their own letter, the indoor air sample should be no greater than half of the concurrent outdoor sample. The initial laboratory report on 5/06/2026 showed our outdoor Aspergillus/Penicillium count at 2300 spores/m³ and the indoor basement count at 4300 spores/m³. That means that the interior was almost DOUBLE the exterior. Despite the indoor result exceeding that threshold, they certified the remediation anyway and stated that "No further treatment is needed." After going back and forth with our purchasing agent before purchase and literally refusing to sign, the day of, if we didn't get in writing guarantees that we'd be retested and retreated to their standards, we finally got an agreement. An eventual follow-up laboratory report on 5/29/2026 showed our outdoor Aspergillus/Penicillium count at 1,800 spores/m³ and the indoor basement count at 930 spores/m³. By the company's own written criteria, half of 1,800 is 900, which constitutes a second failed test. On June 3rd, the owner personally called me with the results and emailed me the report. I responded the very same day, respectfully asking how the results met the company's own published standard and how we should respond with the retreatment. I have never received a response. Seventeen days later, after complete silence, our realtor (who originally recommended Mold Gone 4 Good) contacted the owner on our behalf. Rather than answering a straightforward question about their own documentation, the owner refused to have any further communication with us. I'm not asking anyone to accept my interpretation of mold testing. I'm simply asking the company to explain how their own published clearance standard was met. Instead of receiving an explanation, we were ignored. Professional remediation should include professional accountability. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. Steer clear!
