Two different floorings used for the stairs.

Avoid this place. They will give you a price that they "guarantee" but once work starts they will back track on the agreement and start charging more and more. We got pricing from them, paid, and once work began, they would say things like "leveling is included in the price but you have to pay additional for the cement"(something never discussed during our pricing conversation). They also charged us for additional items that they never discussed during the pricing. They scam you with low prices to get you locked in and once you're in a situation where you can't back out because they're already in your house working, they begin adding charges because you can't say no. I regret not sticking with our original contractor to do our installation. UPDATE: our installation is now complete and we did not end without more issues. The company not only avoids taking ownership of their mistakes (as you can see from their reply) they also deceive and gaslight their customers. Our stairs are now two different colors. When we told falcon flooring, we were gaslit by being told it's the "lighting." We were able to catch the installers and they agreed the stairs are two different colors but that's the stair threads they were supplied so they installed it. He also let us know that the color they installed doesn't come in a 5 foot option which is likely why a different color was provided. At no point as anyone taking accountability nor at any time were we provided any options. If you can't order the same color threads you should have contacted us and we would have been happy to find a new color flooring so that our flooring was the same throughout it. Instead Kelly ordered the different color knowingly likely thinking she can just gaslight and say the lighting is the cause of the color difference. When we went into falcon we did not intend to get them to install our flooring because we had a contractor provide us a great deal for labor costs but falcon told us they would match his price. (Our original quote included installation, leveling, quarter rounds, 27 stairs, etc we just needed to buy the materials). Kelly and her mother were hellbent on getting our business so they told us "we can match or even beat his price" they originally did that until they started adding additional charges. I have no reason to lie in my review and just think people should know the dishonesty that falcon operates on. I had two contractors visit my property and give us quotes which all included leveling so your response is just a lot of self-preservation bs. I never once said leveling was free but I do know we discussed it with your mother when we "matched" the labor costs our original contractor gave us. My final note is please do not use this company. They have no integrity and I can name other contractors who can provide a much better service experience and deliver a more honest experience. (This is from what I posted on google if you want to see their response)

Everything was excellent service. From the first quote to the installation day. The quality of the flooring and the labor is excellent. Can't get a better value for your time and money than this! totally recommend and will continue as a customer for sure!

    Vinyl Plank Flooring
    Asha B.

This company provided the vinyl planks and labor for a residential project I had in Peachtree Corners, GA. They have a wide selection for $1+/sq and a very helpful staff at their office. My project was about 1300sq ft. The crew (ask for Daniel) removed tiling and carpet throughout the house, laid the new floors, then swept/wiped them down before leaving. They arrived at 8am sharp and were done before 4pm. In all, I paid less than $7,000 and had some planks leftover. I would recommend this company!

Hands down the best flooring company I've ever used. Best pricing and customer service. I love the LVP floors they installed for me. Installation was seamless, great attention to detail, and they left the property very clean. I highly recommend this company!

We are so happy and grateful with our new flooring. After many weeks of looking and comparing qualities and durability of flooring for new home, we finally found what we were looking for at an accessible price. We are very content and grateful to have come in contact with Falcone Flooring and a family business. We met Mr. Arman Shagolami, one of the owners, who went out of his way, with great patience, knowledge and honesty in explaining the different types and qualities of flooring. We learned so much and I'm very grateful.

Poor workmanship. Poor communication. A frustrating and, at times, genuinely unsafe experience…read more What initially felt like a company we could trust turned into a project we wish we had never hired them for. If you value your time, money, home, and peace of mind, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. The work on our floors and dry wall required multiple return visits. After the second flooring visit, we told them the floor was still uneven and that the vinyl continued to pop up. On the third visit, a team member stepped on the area that was popping up and said, "There's nothing wrong!" After we insisted they open the floor, we discovered that cardboard packaging from the vinyl floor boards had been used underneath the floor to address the leveling issue... When we finally thought the flooring was finished, another problem surfaced. The trim at the top of our staircase that had been installed only about two weeks earlier came loose, and I fell down the stairs as a result. We then discovered that our replacement dry wall was visibly uneven and not flush with the existing wall. Even after their team came back to work on it, the transition was still not flush, if not worse! Regardless of whether subcontractors were involved, we hired Into The Woods to ensure the work was completed properly and ultimately hold them responsible. On top of having to repeatedly identify problems that should have been caught through proper supervision and quality control, the most frustrating part has been communicating with Into the Woods direct team members, especially their owner, Shamus. We constantly felt like our concerns were minimized and dismissed. Even if the work had been perfect, the interactions with the company throughout this entire process made us wish we never signed anything with them. *Additional Review After Owner's Response* Unfortunately, Shamus' response to my review is itself a reflection of our experience with Into The Woods. Throughout the project, our concerns were repeatedly reframed rather than addressed. We were reassured that issues would be taken care of, only to find them unresolved on subsequent visits. When we continued to speak up, we often felt our words were misconstrued, our concerns minimized, and the burden shifted back onto us. The response emphasizes that the company made 7-8 return visits. But the number of visits does not mean the work was properly completed. In fact, having to repeatedly request corrections is exactly what made this experience so frustrating. Many of those visits were to address warranty or punch-list issues that should have been resolved as part of completing the original work. I also want to correct the characterization of the financial accommodations. The nearly $10,000 shortfall was not covered by Into The Woods as a "good-faith discount." The remediation company that referred us to Into The Woods chose to cover the additional costs after we shared our negative experience with Into the Woods. They asked Into The Woods to go above and beyond to restore our home, and we are genuinely grateful to the remediation company for stepping in to help make things right. Separately, Shamus offered us a $1,000 "gesture of goodwill," which we declined. This offer came after we discovered cardboard packaging from the flooring underneath our floor. The stair-nose explanation in the response is particularly frustrating. The response leaves out the fact that approximately two weeks had passed since its installation. When the stair nose came loose, we photographed the underside and found a substantial amount of adhesive that appeared not to have properly bonded. The company subsequently returned to repair it. We don't expect construction to be completely free of problems. We do expect a contractor to listen to concerns, supervise the work, communicate accurately, and make sure problems are actually resolved. This experience cost us an enormous amount of time, frustration, and peace of mind. After everything we've experienced, we would not hire Into The Woods again, and we hope prospective customers consider our experience before making their decision.

The staff did a great job and were very communicative during the entire process. They were willing to work with us on price and gave us a discount based on other quotes. We were allowed to view the showroom and take some samples to the house to see how the floors would look in the sunlight. We were in close contact with one of the owners, Candi, as she would give us updates and answered any of our questions along the way. Overall, everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful, and we're very satisfied with their work!

We wanted to share our experience with them as they exceeded our expectations. What stood out most to us was their exceptional customer service from beginning to end. Communication was effortless throughout the entire process. And unlike a few other places that had high-pressure sales tactics, Granite Garage Floors put us at ease. They scheduled an in-home consultation where they thoroughly toured our garage, patiently explained various style options, and gave us time to make our own decisions. Their website was also helpful as it had several examples of different styles which helped us better visualize some of the choices we were debating. But as we discussed our preferences with the team, we were able to create a semi-custom style (a new decorative flake option) which we really appreciated. The team was also very transparent and we got clear communication from how to prep beforehand to how to maintain the floor afterwards. It was a two-day process with a highly professional team. They smoothed our entire garage floor first. Then they mixed all products on-site and applied the coating with great attention to detail. We were so excited to see how our garage was completely transformed. Perhaps the best testament to the quality is that our children now regularly ask us to park our cars outside so they can use the garage as their play area! We also wanted to mention that their pricing is competitive and they stand by their product with a lifetime warranty. For anyone considering an epoxy garage floor installation, we cannot recommend Granite Garage Floors highly enough.

I shared this review on Google, but wanted to include them here as well. They are really great people to work with.

DON'T JUST SHOP, GET EDUCATED!…read more I decided to visit this store because I wanted a larger inventory of flooring products. They had a nice collection of carpets, wood, tile and porcelain options. I just love being able to go to the store and try out the products and experience them as I would in my home. So I kick off my shoes and lay it on the floor and walk on it. How else do you do it? There was plenty of room available to explore and I love having a work table to rest my bag and notebook. Sometimes I take notes but I allowed my husband to do most of the listening as I shopped. Although I like to do research before visiting the store, I still like to ask questions because the employees may have different answers based on their direct experience with clients. For example, one product that my husband liked at a previous store was ruled out here due to complaints about its tendency to become easily soiled and another was ruled out due to its poor performance in high traffic areas. Gene was very knowledgeable about the carpet and he helped us to really narrow our choices. Shopping for carpet is simply overwhelming and we are easily going into our second month of trying to make a decision. It is not just about the carpet, you need to know about their installation process as well. If there is an imperfection that is found in the sub-floor after the carpet is removed, With Dalton Flooring Outlet, I can easily work directly with the contractor to have it addressed. My neighbor was not able to do this with his installers due to company policy. Instead of correcting those issues, they were literally covered up. You must consider "worse case scenario" so that all possible issues can be addressed prior to the install. Some stores are very rigid and if it is not spelled out in the contract, you might have a problem. They have a very nice selection of porcelain tile and planks. However, they have only one very trusted tile guy and he will not be available for another six to nine months. Apparently, you can easily run into this problem if you want porcelain because a different carpet store stated that porcelain is just not that popular so they did not have anyone who could install it even though they sold it. Beware because this could present a problem down the road if you need to have a piece replaced or repaired. We picked out a couple of porcelain samples that we would like to try in our home and they will be shipped to us at no cost. We were also able to take home a couple of their carpet samples for review as well. ***Remember, if you don't do the research, you will not be able to ask intelligent questions and you won't really understand what they are telling you. It is also easier to rule out and rule in certain options.
