I thought god that is expensive. what they didn't tell me is that they could not find my insurance with subscriber not on file. as it turns out they over charged me. but using a credit card.. I can dispute through the credit company. now root canal done and a claim processed.. today they owe me $421. now they want to charge me for palliative care . no pain Associated so can't charge that. i will wait a short time and either dispute any new insurance claims for items that don't make sense or go to my credit card to dispute my refund.

Not only did the appointment leave me feeling rushed, but my tooth actually hurt worse afterward than it did before the procedure. I was genuinely shocked, because I expected the issue to be resolved, not made more painful. At this point, I'm unsure about returning and would have appreciated more care, attention, and follow‑up regarding the discomfort I experienced. Then to make matters worst the practice double bill my insurance for the service this caused my benefits to go to zero dollars and I still had to pay out of pocket roughly 800.00 dollars.
