Unfortunately, it looks like they forgot the "white"part of that equality. I walk the whole place since this issue became glaring sometime ago. Usually, according to my count, there are usually only about 5 to 7 percent white people on the floor. Considering the demographics of the area, they are many, many times lacking in white representation. If equality through equity is what their DEI policies are shooting for, then they have sorely missed the mark. When I was there this last time only 3 white people in a sea of diversity. I know it doesn't have to be an exact representation of the area but when you are 10X off of true equity, it makes me thing Costco is ripe for a discrimination lawsuit. You can't get those type of numbers if you are hiring fairly. Not even close. I like diversity, but now diversity appears to only be discrimination. What gives Costco? Does equity only apply to "minorities"? Very concerning indeed, making the entire environment feel hostile for white people, with such a stark lack of representation. Do better Costco, or someone may do better to you. PS, Why are there never any drink lids at the snack bar? Is someone not doing their job? Are drink lids not an option anymore?

When my daughter picked her phone up, she noticed the quality of the screen was very poor. The front facing camera was visually grainy which affected FaceTime, videos, and camera quality. My daughter ended up going back to have it looked at and Raj and Adeel let her know that it was her screen protector. They removed the screen protector which doesn't make sense at all, but my daughter left thinking that everything was resolved. Wrong, the quality of the front camera was still an issue with no change or improvement. She also purchased the screen protector from the store and never received a refund. She came back a third time and they ended up replacing the screen. Usually, second time's the charm right? Not this time. The quality was exactly the same. My daughter tried messaging through Yelp to find a resolution, but her messages were completely ignored. I'm disappointed in the customer service this store provided although having a good rating. My daughter had to find a more reliable and dependable store to have her screen replaced. So far, it's as new as the day we bought it. Not to mention that the new store we went to was very friendly, fast, and provided a warranty. Having to pay for another store's failure is unpleasant.

It is a seasonal color so I was unable to replace the tube I lost until September when they made a new batch. I went in and bought 2 tubes. I wasn't happy with the depth of color on the new batch. When I said something, the owner agreed the color wasn't the same and apologized. She said would get additional mica and replace it for me. After I bought the new tubes, I found my missing tube so now I have 3! Thanks for making a customer happy!
