Had a pleasant experience today when picking up some salt pellets during lunch time. In and out…read morewithin 15 minutes. Service was quick and thank you to the staff who helped me load six 40lbs salt pellets Diamond Crystal bright & soft($8.99) to my car. Also I have their rewards app so I was able to use a $10 coupon off over $50 spending. Without the coupon, their regular retail price $8.99 is a bit more costly than Home Depot $6.73 per pack (bulk price -6packs or more or $7.48 regular price) but with the coupon it offsets the large price gap. I am paying about $4 more than Home Depot but I think about the time I save for check out and I won't need to do the heavy lifting all by myself. Their service speed really helps when you know you can make a quick stop to get things done in a short amount of time. I hope ACE can think about offering bulk pricing on sale pellets in the future so their price is more comparable to Home Depot. I also noticed that they now got pies by the entrance! I know where to get some pies the next time I crave for it.

I knew I needed to go in person and check out some paper finishes. Sure enough they had a nice cardstock that would work for my need, printed my order over the counter for me and I was in and out in about 5 minutes. And, they only charged me $3. Talk about a win! It was a good reminder in the value of supporting brick and mortar stores. Check them out for all your printing needs!

I googled and found CableWholesale. I was not familiar with building and troubleshooting network cables. Daniel and Miguel both jumped in to help me determine my course of action to troubleshoot my issue. They showed me how to use the $700 meter I bought for the task and even gave me batteries so they could demonstrate it to me. Not only that, but after discussing my issue they recommended replacing and gave me a female Keystone connector and showed me how to install it. I decided to purchase a punch down tool from them for about $23. I was blown away when moon when just as I was leaving Miguel ran out and gave me a 3 ft test cable for use in testing the Keystone connector I would replace. In an age of mediocre to pour customer service, Daniel and Miguel's were phenomenal. They even encouraged me to call them if I had problems and asked me to follow up with them on my project!
