I agree with the negative reviews. My review is intended to warn potential clients to reconsider…read moreworking with this company. The work is not the quality I was promised, and the customer service is terrible. I had my deck sanded and stained in April, and I noticed issues with exposed/unprotected wood after only two weeks of the work being done. It took until August to get Chris back to my home to see the problem, after several dismissed emails and phone calls. He assured me he wanted to make it right, and I was left with the understanding a second coat would be applied. Finally after persistent calls, a crew of three arrived at my home to do "touch ups," and told me there was no plan to apply a second coat. Also, they would not be returning to do additional touch ups when needed. I have yet to receive a return call from Chris, the owner, and like another reviewer, there is always someone different taking my calls at the office. In addition, I have called several times in the last week to ask for a can of stain so that my contractor could match a few new planks he needed to replace after a hardscaping project. When the touch-up crew came, they did not have a can to leave for me, nor did they have the courtesy to stain the small area while they were here. Instead, they poured a small amount of the stain into a container I had to provide. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience.

It took literally close to 2 weeks to completely dry out or evaporate, if it didn't rain. But after a fresh rain - back to what you see in the photos. My patio looked diseased! (see attached photos). Many months went by going back and forth with no one showing for scheduled appointments. When they finally did show - what was their answer? ...to add more of the incorrect sealer -- twice more! So now, the morons tried to use a paint stripper, to get off the three thick layers of the incorrect sealer. Power washing that off, damaged my home's vinyl siding and firepit cover -- when the bits of stripper that flew off -- landed on my siding and firepit cover -- leaving permanent marks on my siding and multiple chip marks on my firepit cover, where it ate away the paint. The morons were negligent and incompetent in not covering part of my siding in the area being worked on, with simple plastic sheeting, or for my firepit cover, with a tarp. You never speak to the same people at the office more than twice - and different workers show up every time....when they do show. This all due to a very high employee turnover rate, with these workers having little to no experience. The owner, Chris Miller, is another incompetent boob, not caring at all regarding fixing the problems, or the customer's needs. He's all about the money -- just wants to get paid for a failed job! I honestly don't know how this company stays in business. They have yet to fix these issues with my siding or firepit cover, many months later, both which need to be replaced. I had to hire another company to fix my patio paver problem, which THEY DID, the first time. Do yourself a favor, and save yourself a lot of headaches -- hire someone else for your outdoor projects! See you in court.

We've had multiple issues with this company from start to finish. It took them months to install…read moreour fence due to repeated "weather delays." When the installation finally happened, the crew left dirt all over our yard and chainsaw oil on our newly poured driveway. They also failed to concrete in our gate because they "ran out of daylight." After leaving a message outlining our concerns, the owner, Tommy Merrill, called and said he would come take a look. He met with my husband, who clearly pointed out both the gate issue and the chainsaw oil on the driveway. Tommy said he would send a crew out the following Friday. No one showed. Instead, one worker arrived unannounced at 8 a.m. on a Saturday and said he had no knowledge of the oil issue. He fixed the gate, but the driveway problem remained unaddressed. I emailed Tommy and others about the ongoing communication issues and the unresolved oil stain. Tommy then called me and repeatedly raised his voice, insisting I had never told anyone about the oil--even though I had emailed him photos immediately after installation. He went so far as to say that my husband and I "have communication issues" because he claimed my husband never mentioned it. Throughout the call, he interrupted me, spoke over me, and was aggressive and hostile. His solution was to offer $50 off, which doesn't even cover the cost of supplies, let alone the labor we now have to put in to clean their mess. As an educated woman and mother, I was shocked by the way he spoke to me. I still cannot believe he owns a company, and I genuinely don't understand how they remain in business if this is how customers are treated.
