I told him what I was looking for and what I was uninterested in. He helped me and answered all my questions then scheduled a later date and time to come to my house and measure the areas being redone. After measuring, he sent the quote over that night. We had our carpeted stairs and the vinyl flooring in our common areas, hallway and bedroom replaced with carpet and new baseboards put in. It took approximately 2 days. The men who worked on the house were respectful and so hardworking. They cleaned up each day when they were finished. The craftsmanship was beautiful. I didn't know I could feel so strongly about carpet. My husband said, "Our quality of life has gone up." When there is a significant lapse of time between measure and install, it is best to come back out to site to make sure all parties are on the same page. Communication was fabulous throughout. Installers worked hard and left the area clean and removed all trash. Another plus is they understand working with HOAs and mngmt of high rises. It was inconvenient to have to reschedule, and make a 1 day project 2 days. There also was a price change that through open communication we came to a resolution, and everyone continued to be pleasant and work through it to get the job done.

I spoke with Niko when booking and mentioned we have a senior dog with a few accidents. He was upfront that they'd do the best they could, which I appreciated. Booking was super easy, and I loved that they use an app where you can view your appointments and invoices all in one place. They gave us a 2-4 PM arrival window and showed up toward the later end, which was totally fine. I wasn't home during the service, but my husband was, and the technician called when he arrived and explained everything clearly. They shampooed, agitated, and deodorized the carpets, and took extra care with the areas where our dog had accidents. I was especially impressed with how the stairs turned out--while they weren't heavily soiled, they tend to trap a lot of dog hair from daily use, and they came out looking really clean and refreshed. He also recommended a quick vacuum after drying, which helped a lot with any remaining hair. Overall, they did a really solid job.

I am now having to go to the Contractors board and small claims court to solve this situation I paid $14,658 dollars by the way the charged me $2500 to level my 1000 square foot condo and the tiles are terrible they did not use leveling spacers. Also put grout and mortar in my shower drain which I had to pay to get snaked. The camera shows rigid dry concrete which by the way I just purchased the condo two weeks prior and have a full reporting of the drain working perfect prior to the tear out demo and installation all performed by Beno's. They threw all the trash in my condo dumpster even after paying for demo and dumping. I allowed them out to try and fix it and the contractor removed about 10 tiles and cracked and damaged the ones he put back in. Left it worst... In addition when I allowed them out for the drain all he did was blame my husband and I which we did absolutely no work with mortar or grout. please take the time to look at the pictures and video the shower was terrible look at the finish work I had the tile trim there and the contractor did not use it I had to pay another company to fix the ceiling and the drywall. She advised me to come down and look at the carpet options, pick one out then she would send a guy out to get measurements, then she would give me a quote. Okay cool. Guy finally showed up and got the measurements after A LOT of rescheduling due to always being told he'll be here between such and such time and then he would come at a completely different time (with no heads up). Of course, I wasn't home because I was given a different time frame! But again, okay not a huge deal, I used to work at a plumbing company so I understand sometimes the techs get to places early/late. Whatever. Now the real kicker, I FINALLY get a quote, pretty reasonable I think $864 for some nice carpet to install over some hardwood flooring..THEN miss Emma has the nerve to ask for FULL payment up front to do the job. That's right folks. I was being told to pay for installing BEFORE installation. I argue with her for awhile that NOBODY does this lady...a deposit I understand but nobody ever requires full payment prior to a job being done. She proceeds to tell me "sorry, this is what we do, we're 100% legit guaranteed, you know where our office is, our guys are trusting, etc"..once she sees I'm not falling for it she says "I'll talk to the manager" and comes back with "okay you can just pay for the carpet $726"..NOPE sorry lady you already lost my trust, bye Felicia! Don't trust ya no more. Called another flooring company immediately after and guy said "we don't even require a deposit, we just get a signature and you pay after the job is done". Yup! Thanks.
