I just wish we were sold a better quality product. I relied too much on the sellers word without scrutiny. It has been over just a year the floors were installed and we have cracks. The one video shared was recently fixed but we now have another crack upstairs and I am left with no additional flooring to fix any further damages. Per the seller this product is no longer available. I waited to review Vegas Flooring Outlet this long to ensure we were sold a quality product which seems unlikely. I am disappointed with the quality even though they look good we will have a lot of issues with cracking. It's like walking on eggshells- literally. After reviewing online opinions this type of problem is due to the lack of quality of the product. Also the flooring was not leveled properly. New flooring should be expected to last at least five to ten years before needing replacement. I feel gotten over and I will consider another flooring company for future projects.

He helped me and answered all my questions then scheduled a later date and time to come to my house and measure the areas being redone. After measuring, he sent the quote over that night. We had our carpeted stairs and the vinyl flooring in our common areas, hallway and bedroom replaced with carpet and new baseboards put in. It took approximately 2 days. The men who worked on the house were respectful and so hardworking. They cleaned up each day when they were finished. The craftsmanship was beautiful. I didn't know I could feel so strongly about carpet. My husband said, "Our quality of life has gone up." Gus visited us for a consultation and quote in July, but it was not until six months later we were ready to get the job done. I called the office and our quote was quickly located and the job was scheduled. On the big day Gus and his army arrived promptly on time. His expert team - there were six in all - went right to work getting the work area prepped for the job to be done. As with just about any project the prep work is key. They expertly wrapped our furniture and appliances - protecting them from the deep cleaning our floors were about to receive. They carefully removed furniture taking very good care of our home during the work. This team work very hard. They never took a break. They paid close attention to every detail. It was amazing to watch. After the cleaning it was time to deal with the aging grout that was stained and damaged in many places. We opted to have the grout painted. Gus showed us the options by painting a few areas. We opened and closed the shutters to see how each looked under the different light. Once selected the color that everyone on the team grabbed a brush and went to work. The sealing process followed and then it was time to reset the furniture. This team from Silver State Flooring Restoration worked their you-know-what off. The result is we have stone floors that look nothing short of amazing. When there is a significant lapse of time between measure and install, it is best to come back out to site to make sure all parties are on the same page. Communication was fabulous throughout. Installers worked hard and left the area clean and removed all trash. Another plus is they understand working with HOAs and mngmt of high rises. It was inconvenient to have to reschedule, and make a 1 day project 2 days. There also was a price change that through open communication we came to a resolution, and everyone continued to be pleasant and work through it to get the job done.

They focus on large size porcelain and if you're in Vegas you have to stop by their showroom, it's massive and they have slabs on the wall already which is very helpful to see how your shower walls or fireplace could look with the stone. After we picked out our slabs, about a week later we sent a driver and they loaded the pieces so fast. The main slab yard is outside toward the back of the building and they are loaded with options. It's been the same dirt lot since the house was built over a decade ago. We finally decided to get it done so our new dog could have a nice place to play, especially during the summers, where we can control the heat levels. JJ and associate came out quickly and made me feel really comfortable. There was no weird upselling (I wanted something really plain) and no fear mongering. I could tell immediately that we were going to go with Rock N Block so I cancelled my other appointment with a different company and put my deposit down right away. Within hours, JJ had the plans to me and I got the HOA paperwork started. Once that was done, I was scheduled immediately to have my yard worked on. The day of, the workers came, did a final measurement and got to work. It took 3 days but it came out exactly like I was promised and had envisioned myself. The workers were extremely friendly and self contained. They were responsible and trustworthy. They were also very concerned with my happiness. They asked me if things were looking good quite a few times. They literally made my yard perfect. I'm still looking for imperfections and cannot find them. If there were any complaints, the communication could be more but to be honest, they give information and don't feel the need to consistently remind you, which is also good. We did have a small hiccup where the workers didn't know they had to install a few other things but JJ made it right immediately and I can only be happy about that. I'd rather have the problem be solved immediately then get a phone call being told it would be done, although I can see how some people would want both. Pricing was fair in my opinion. I was told it should have been less expensive but I don't think so. The job is immaculate and the items are gorgeous with great quality. The craftsmanship means a lot to me and I would pay for it again. I wish I took some before pictures but I completely forgot to. Imagine a literal nothing of a yard. Home Design Construction, HDC, helped immensely with Design and layout of both bathroom remodels. It is his eye for design that sets him apart from all the other contractors, they just do what you ask even if there is a prettier way. HDC gave me a price the night we walked through the job. It took me a couple of days to get other quotes back, and when I called back, he came right out to write up the contract spelling out the work and cost. Even when there were changes beyond his control he stuck to the final price. HDC always called to communicate the process, so we always knew what was next. He helped guide me to pick out tiles that will be timeless, and the new bathrooms are better and prettier than I could imagine. The old tub was removed, and the new tile and new glass doors are beautiful. In the master bath we removed the garden tub and made a new walk-in shower. The 5-foot wall of glass is a showstopper. Wow! Just wow! His talent for interior design is absolutely stunning! This is my 3rd remodeling project for my rental property and I wish I would have found him sooner! UPDATE: This business finally decided to reply to my review that is now over 3 years old with a worthless statement. I don't think they'll accomplish anything of substance by trying to figure out why they were no-shows 3 years after the fact. And then to wish me good luck on my bathroom remodel is the icing on this sad cake of ridiculousness. You think I'm still in the midst of a remodel that began in 2021? There were some minor hiccups during the initial install but Miguel stood by his word and took care of all the issues. I'm told that they will eventually install cabinets as well!
