My boyfriend and I came here on 9/24/2018. I don't recalled the name of the young man who assisted us but he was very helpful. He took us to the back to look at carpet samples and gave us prices of the different samples he has. I didn't know this but they also do installation so he gave us a quote if we did decided to use them. We made up our mind to use them. So The young told us that they will have someone come out the next day to take correct measurements . 9/25/2018 one of the owner came out to take the measurements everything was right on with the previous measurements we had. He went back to his store and called us to tell us they have the carpet and padding in stock and he will be able to do our carpets the next day! 9/26/2018 one guy came out and did our three rooms. This company did a fantastic job of installing bathroom flooring. They were prompt, courteous and very quick. We had some flooring issues in the past, and these guys fixed everything in record time. They didn't need to turn off the water (which is difficult) and they also caulked around the toilet and sink. I would highly recommend this company! I needed estimates on new carpet. I called Three Stars Carpet since I was a past customer and was actually happy with the service they provided me then...now is a different story. In the interim, I asked another company to also give me an estimate. After receiving an estimate from the other company, I called Three Stars Carpet and spoke to Horacio to get an update on the estimate. He told me he would call me back. A few moments later, he tells me he cannot give me an estimate because the other company I asked an estimate from is one of their customers. I informed Horacio that I was a previous customer of his and would like for them to provide me an estimate as well. He reluctantly agreed. A few minutes later, I received an unprofessional and unwarranted call from the other company basically harassing me and accusing me of why I was insisting on getting another estimate. This person, Gustavo, tells me that he already gave me an estimate and the estimate from Three Stars Carpet would be the same price since they are "associated." As you can imagine, both companies basically conspired and thus lead to this phone call. They both now can talk about their poor Yelp review. Three Stars Carpet does not even deserve close to a One Star rating. Their business practice of sharing customer information is not only unprofessional but also unethical. This experience tells me that both businesses are shady. DO NOT USE THREE STARS CARPET. Imagine if they are sharing information already, what other unscrupulous ideas they may have when they are in your house! read more

I needed new carpeting for my stairs. Went on Yelp to see what companies are in my area. I went to Three Stars Carpet first because they were closest. They are in a small space tucked away between some warehouses. The guy who helped us, Jose, was very friendly, got right to the point without trying to talk us into something. He showed us a variety of samples and gave us an instant quote on every sample we were interested in. Within 20 minutes we had found the carpet we liked. He gave us an excellent price, and they were able to schedule installation for the following day already. The install crew arrived at 8am the next morning. By 10am they were done, and we had beautiful new carpeting on our stairs. Very professional, very fast. Absolutely pain free. These guys were AMAZING! We struggled going back and forth with another company who overestimated and added on charges that were not accurate to what we needed. After our asbestos abatement we waited 4 months for floors to be installed. As soon as Three Stars Carpet was recommended to us, we jumped on it. Within two weeks our new floors and baseboards were in and we absolutely love it. They installed laminate, throughout, and carpet in the master bedroom, and all of the baseboards. Everything is beautiful. They were friendly, efficient, and even installed in one day instead of two. Seriously cannot sing their praises enough. Thank you all so much! I am so lucky I found this company, and it wasn't through Yelp or other sites, it was through a woman who lives 6 floors above me at Turnberry Place. Oracio, the guy I'd been in contact with from the first to last phone call, was a dream to work with. I live in Manhattan and, even long distance, we were able to work together as efficiently as possible so that the job could be done on my next trip out to Vegas. Eventually, I did meet him, and he was as friendly, patient and helpful in person as he was by phone. His team was efficient, friendly and very professional-- the wall-to-wall bedroom carpeting and pads were installed on the day we'd agreed upon 3 weeks prior and it all turned out fabulous. My neighbor was right when she spoke of quality and value-- I already know for a fact that this same job would have been more expensive elsewhere. I needed carpet replaced in a rental here in Las Vegas very quickly. I called another company and they handed it off to another vendor and they said would put in carpet the next day and never showed. I Called 3 Stars and they were awesome!!! I talked with them on a Friday and the carpet was installed on Saturday morning. They did a beautiful job and were less expensive than the first company. I had an appointment with another person who got covid so they sent my number to Three Stars Carpet and Jose called me right away. Within 20 mins I think it was Sergio was at my house taking measurements. We were offered to have carpet samples sent to us via text or email but decided to come in and look which was a good thing because they have a lot to choose from. 3 days later they were here to install the carpet and did a beautiful job. They took out the old carpet, put in new tack strip, padding and carpet. The entire company is extremely polite and very professional. Fastest service in town. Great experience. Should be called Five Stars Carpet! My parents had previously used Three Stars, so we went straight there when we decided our master bedroom needed some fresh carpet. We looked at several samples and they were super patient with us going back and forth over what we wanted. We were able to step on the padding we picked as well. They gave us honest opinions and when we made our decision, we paid a 50% deposit. Our carpet had to be ordered and he said it would take a few days. I believe we ordered it on a Tuesday, and he said it may be Monday before it would be installed. Nope! We got a call Friday morning saying they'd be there Saturday at 9AM. The installers were right on time and let me keep the overage. When I called to pay the remaining balance, I was able to give my debit card over the phone and receive a receipt via text message. Awesome! When we're ready to carpet our remaining bedrooms, I'll pay in full upfront. Definitely use Three Stars! read more

I'm SOOOO glad that yelp helped me find this company. I have done a lot of research around town and got a few quotes: every single one of them is at least 1k higher than what Three Stars offered me. You can tell that they are a small, family-owned business, so you are saving your money that other companies use to pay their sales reps and contractors to yourself. Their memory foam pads cost the same as the lowest grade pads in other stores. As soon as my carpets arrived, which is about a week, they called me and scheduled the next-day installation. Excellent customer service! I had new carpet installed in my bedrooms. I ordered what I thought was a soft blue for the master bedroom but after being installed it was teal which I was very unhappy about! I ordered another carpet which was an upgrade from the original carpet. Three Stars was able to get the new carpet with no questions asked and took care of the extra cost!! This place should be called 5 STAR carpet wow what a amazing job and product. I went to there office to look at some samples with my wife. We were looking for a certain color. Oracio was amazing he walk us through all of there products. He even said you guys might want to look at this roll I have out back it was a different color than what we were originally looking for. That was it my wife was so amazed and happy she said this is the one. Put a down payment that day and they installed a week later per my request. The installers were even early this morning big plus in my book. Two of the nicest and most polite gentlemen I have ever met. They cleaned the floors spotless before installing anything also hauled off all the old carpet and pad. When they left everything was cleaned and vacuumed perfectly before leaving.
