He connected my new clickers to both garage doors that I have, sprayed all components, reconnected my old outside keypad to my second garage door as well as ensuring the new setup all functioned flawlessly. It makes me feel like a dumbass that I assumed the worst case scenario and avoided calling for a repair. It was a quick and easy transaction from start to finish. I made the call on Wednesday and they came on Thursday. They called ahead of time of the appointment and arrived on time. My door would not open or close all of the way on its own anymore. I figured I needed a whole new door opener. The technician knew exactly what was wrong and actually talked me out of buying the new opener. He suggested we try changing the control board first and see if fixed it. That sun of a gun was right! It was the control board. It was probably overpriced but I don't care. It's done and I am no longer a dumbass... well... that's probably debatable if you ask my wife.

I explained to her my situation and she told me to let her make some calls. She explained that she had talked to one of her tech's and he had the exact size spring I needed on his truck. She said he could be at my house within the hour. The tech showed up about 45 minutes later and replaced the spring on my door. He was very knowledgeable and also very pleasant. It didn't take him long to change the spring. What they charged me was very reasonable. I was very impressed with these guys and wont waste and time calling them back for any future problems. I wish all service jobs could go this easy!
