What can I say ..... These guys are great and they do great work! Our door of 15 years broke the main spring a while back, locking our cars up in the garage. The main spring on our door was an odd size (Go Figure!) I called several places to try and find the spring myself with no luck. I then started calling some door companies and none of them could get to me any sooner than two or three days. They would also have to order the spring. I had just about given up when I stumbled onto The Dixie Door Company. I gave them a call. The young lady on the phone was very pleasant. I explained to her my situation and she told me to let her make some calls. I had given up at this point, thinking she probably wouldn't call back or would just call to say the same thing as everyone else. It was about fifteen minutes later and she called back. She explained that she had talked to one of her tech's and he had the exact size spring I needed on his truck. She said he could be at my house within the hour. The tech showed up about 45 minutes later and replaced the spring on my door. He was very knowledgeable and also very pleasant. It didn't take him long to change the spring. What they charged me was very reasonable. I was very impressed with these guys and wont waste and time calling them back for any future problems. I wish all service jobs could go this easy!
