Due to the snow and ice storm, our garage door broke. I called Door Pro at 7:59 a.m., and a representative answered and told me Steve would arrive between 9:00 and 11:00 that same morning. Honestly, I was skeptical--but to my surprise, Steve arrived right around 9:00 and had the door fixed within an hour. That is what I call excellent service. Steve was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and polite. Door Pro is truly an outstanding company. read more

I would not recommend this service based on my experience…read more Chad (who accepted my Venmo payment under the name Michael Burkett) came to repair my security gate. He replaced the battery with one that appeared old or previously used because it had no visible date on it, and he made what he described as a temporary repair. Unfortunately, the gate stopped working again within about two days. After the repair failed, I repeatedly tried to contact him by text and phone to have the problem addressed. I received no response. He did not respond to me until after I disputed the $225 Venmo payment. I was never provided with a written estimate, invoice, receipt, or warranty for the work. I ultimately hired another gate company to repair the gate. When he finally contacted me, it was through an angry voicemail demanding that I call him immediately. I found the tone intimidating and unprofessional. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service. I encourage anyone hiring a gate repair company to obtain a written estimate, invoice, and warranty before paying.
