They do a good job of setting expectations if you're dealing with stubborn stains, etc. as I had where someone spilled coffee on a light colored chair. But, they got enough of the stain out to make the chair and ottoman useable again. And, they will tell you if it's risky to try and clean a particular fabric and won't do it if a good outcome is not likely. I like that. Reasonable prices, too.
