But, they got enough of the stain out to make the chair and ottoman useable again. I had recently put down new carpet and advised to use steam cleaning. When I called Stanley Steemer I was told it was best to clean new carpet. None of the rooms cleaned were full rooms cause large, new, and heavy furniture was left in place. They only had to clean portions of the rooms which was not much space. Steps were cleaned. The two young men hurried through the cleaning. Several areas had dirt marks and they did not come out. I was conned. Sick of the greediness I encounter.
