Its absolutely mind blowing how this practice is still in business with his office manager Christy or however her name is spelled. Christy is disgraceful, incompetent, and 100% not professional. She needs to find a new line of work if she doesn't know how to read what tests were ordered. Absolutely PATHETIC to be the office manager and not know what was or was not ordered. If you value your time and/or your sanity AVOID this practice at all cost! Christy lied to me multiple times (and I fully believe she intended to do so maliciously - which is really where the problem lies) and here is the FULL STORY. Enjoy! I needed bloodwork and went to get it done. While at Quest I was informed there was no TB test ordered by my Dr. Office (Dr. Lipman). So I called Dr. Lipman's office and spoke to Christy. She stated that she had electronically submitted the TB test and I informed her that I was in the phlebotomists office, looking at what was actually ordered, and there was NO TB TEST. She doubled down, and rudely stated the date and time that it was submitted. She was wrong, so I asked her to send over proof of the TB test being ordered. We waited and waited. 30 minutes later the phlebotomist shows us the faxed "proof". Guess what!!! IT DID NOT SHOW ANY TB TEST. So I called Dr. Lipman's office back and asked her why the order doesn't show TB test. Of course she didn't have any answer for me, I explained to her that she wasted my time by giving me incorrect information making me think that I needed a TB test when in fact it was not needed. She clearly didn't like that because she then became even more unprofessional and rude. Clearly not making any progress with her over the phone, I decided to go into Dr. Lipman's office to have the conversation in person and find out why she wants to lie and be rude, and unprofessional - ALL WHILE BE WRONG!!! I ended up speaking with Dr. Lipman himself. He was not much better. He wouldn't let me speak. He interrupted me multiple times when I was literally just trying to explain to him the issue at hand, for him to decide how to mediate the situation. He kept repeating himself, asking me what I would like done, and while answering that question he would continue to interrupt me. This guy clearly does not value his customers, so its obvious where Christy gets her attitude from. Every single business owner should understand that things will happen and that customers will bring things to their attention and its in the business owners best interest to take a few short moments to listen to both sides of the story and then go from there. Dr. Lipman had no desire to do that. Dr. Lipman had no desire to let me tell him how rude, and how wrong, and how much of a waste of time his employee caused me. PATHETIC! You need to do better!

This is perhaps the most pathetic excuse for "care" and "treatment" I have possibly ever received…read more--the "doctor" farooq m shaikh is completely absent from the practice (you will never actually meet him), with a mind-numbingly incompetent front office staff. It took calling 11 times, and asking them in person 4 times, for them to finally send a wound clinic referral to the correct location. Their ARPN Jeremy Loja is an absolute disgrace to the nursing practice and how terrible he is at his job, while still having gainful employment, makes me jealous--I could only dream of being so horrific at what I do and still holding down a job; when asked for a clinically-effective dose for antibiotics (he prescribed a pediatric dose for an adult over 200 LBs) he refused--even when presented with overwhelming evidence from multiple research journals. To be clear, we are talking about antibiotics here, not pain killers or hormone therapy. I cannot express more strongly how pathetic, and mentally deficient their entire staff and practice is. Giving them even 1 star is, frankly, 1 star too many.

I can see why there is an enormous wait to see Dr Lubritz, ENT-- he's FANTASTIC…read more I had an early morning appointment (7AM), and the office was staffed but mainly empty, only one other very friendly patient (we had a good convo). The receptionist was very pleasant and intuitively knew I needed the restroom key, haha. The nurse was also friendly and understanding. I mention all of this, because there are so many reviews complaining about the staff. During my short visit, there was nothing awry with the office staff or clinical staff. I'll hold my breath for billing, though I checked and double checked that Dr Lubritz was on my insurance plan. The reception and clinical room was clean as a whistle. (oh yeah, and the bathroom near the elevators is a onesie and clean as well). Back to Dr Lubritz.. he is thorough, calm, understanding, he listens, he's funny, he has such a gentle touch, and he dictates the entire diagnostic visit to his nurse on the computer, which I love (I want to hear what is said) and even answers questions in real time. (For example, he said I had some sort of nasal obstruction by 60%... I gasped and said "oh my... what? how? why?" and he chuckled and said, "That's normal... it's normal to have 60-70% obstruction!" of whatever that was. PHEW. He was sure to tell me what things were RIGHT, as well as things that might be of concern. I have to return for further testing, but so far, this is a pleasant doctor's office with a highly competent, obviously very sought after, doctor. I'm so glad he's mine now.
