With little improvement I made an appointment with Advanced Pain and Dr. Broddnax. After discussion he decided to try a Caudal Epidural Steroid Injection. The next day I felt relief, and today which is day 2, I feel even better. It usually takes a few days to a week for the medication to help, if it does at all. Remember I've had other Epidural's that didn't help. So I'm very hopeful right now, and want to thank Dr Broddnax for all his help.

Do not take if u have a list of health issues of which I have many. Glaucoma, kidney issues ( I have a syst in right kidney and acute kidney failure in 8/21) and frequent utis high blood pressure since the 80, history of heart failure and stroke in my family and I have an irregular heartbeat. I called in to go back to Tramadol they said they do not prescribe opioids. In 2012 Ultram was not an opioid. I took it with hydrocodone after shattering my arm. It is a baby medicine compared to Hydrocodone or Lortab or others I have taken but they are the only thing to help with the pain effectively and safely along with other things I take which I have had FNP's & Drs prescribe for me without any issues but due to new insurance and unfortunately a new pcp I am having to go to advanced pain institute and 2 different orthopedic drs and a therapist to get .5 mg of clonazapam which is also something prescribed by many pcps and FNPs this is also a baby dose just like the tramadol compared to xanex etc. I am sick of doctors and their staff being so scared to prescribe things if you have obvious proof of the pain u r in. They make u feel like a criminal. This is wrong. My income is below the poverty level and I live alone. I believe it is being used against me in this case bc I have to pay co pays every time I go to these places. The advanced pain institute will be at least 2 times per month and orthopedics a fee for shoulder that needs surgery and a separate fee for back and a fee for a therapist. This is truly a shame how they make u feel like u are a drug addict if u take tramadol. It is so low a dose I have never felt anything but pain relief without the horrible side effects of the NSAID. ALSO THE NSAID SAID IT IS NOT FOR PERMANENT USE ONLY TEMPORARY AND COULD CAUSE SERIOUS ISSUES WITH STOMACH BLEEDING I HAVE TAKEN 2 many OTC and rx drugs for years to take that risk. I currently have a uti and was told they couldn't give me shots until it was cleared up and a urine test to prove it. So I am not going back. I will find better. They didn't offer a safer alternative to the NSAID THAT WOULD STOP THE PAIN. I REGRET SPENDING ANY TIME AND MONEY HERE

She recommended this HRT 8 or more months ago and it has changed my life!! I have more energy and just not fatigue all the time and just over all I can tell the difference in my outlook and energy . She also treat me for pain management too and I'm glad she recommended this to me because I started out in bad shape and pain level 8 to 9 constantly and depressed with chronic pain. Now, she got my meds under control and in combination with HRT, I just feel if it wasn't so expensive, more women could benefit and need to be changed. More education about how hormones can really change after or before 60. She is just so kind and compassionate about her patients and really care. I am living proof and 65 pounds less, to now working out 4 to 5 days a week. Now my pain is still there, it just does not control my every move and thought anymore . I will have to be on pain meds the rest of my life and hope she is my doctor or my insurance is in network. She has seen me go from incredible pain levels and I never thought I would feel like this six or more years ago. The HRT just helps motivate and get you moving in case you are in a rut or pain like I was Thank you Rahel and Staff! Pam C

Dr. Tennant's reputation is outstanding. I had been searching for answers for several years and had yet to have a doctor or specialist get to the root cause of my issues. Senergy's staff is unparalleled. Scott is an incredible leader and the staff reflects this wonderfully. They are kind, thorough, caring and they genuinely care about you. In just a short time I actually felt like family. For the first time in a very long time I found answers. They walked me through every step of the way in understanding the biomodulator and the related products & supplements. I am relieved and excited to finally have solid answers and a solid protocol to regain my health.

We purchased a Bio-modulator and Transducer and began following his protocol. That was 3 years ago. Gradually over time, my wrists improved dramatically! Aiden-Michael was extremely helpful and an incredible blessing! He is an asset to the company and I am very thankful for his help. I just received my Bio back and am SO grateful!

Excellent therapists who are knowledgeable and thorough with positive attitudes and who challenge & push me to reach my full potential and physical capability. I'm given new exercises at almost each session, and they always follow up to make sure my pain is manageable and that I'm doing my exercises at home. The techs and front desk staff are wonderful as well. They're friendly, professional, respectful, and encouraging. Overall, the staff work well as a team and as individuals. They always take good care of me and go above and beyond. No one is watching the clock to make sure I'm rushed out of there by the one-hour mark. In fact, 99% of the time I'm in there longer because they want to make sure my treatment is fully completed. Facility is organized and neat, easy to find, and there's always good parking. God willing, I won't have to go back to PT for any other injuries after my treatment is over, but if I have to, I'd definitely return here. I'd also highly recommend to friends and family. I always looked forward to my visits there and left in a happy and uplifted mood, feeling as if my shoulder was in better shape than when I arrived that day. I can't thank the team enough for the help they gave me, and for the smiles and laughs along the way. Everyone there is a ray of positive energy and Shefali's laugh is infectious. I hope I don't need PT again, but if I do, I'll be back.
