Michael did a great job on my wife's Flex. Very detail oriented and worked really hard to get her car looking great. The car is about 7 years old and this was the first detail ever, so there was lots to do. As you can see in the pic, the seats were really dirty, and they came out great. After talking to Michael about having my 957 get paint correction and ceramic coated done at a discounted price of $xxx with tax I went ahead and booked an appointment. After talking to some high end derailing shops I felt Michael would provide the same service as these shops and gave him a try since he was mobile . He came on time explained what was going to be done so I trusted him 100% and let him get to work. One thing I was concerned with was that my car was pretty dirty and he told me he would wash the car inside my garage using a method he did not describe to me as he said he does this for exotics. Well after about 4 hrs he informed me he was done so I took a look and it looked smooth at first and I did a quick walk around as it was dark in my garage and some what gray sky out. I trusted him what he informed me was done and paid him and off he went. A couple days later I took the car out and it was sunny and i immediately saw all of the light to heavy swirl marks which I was told by several detailing shops that they would be able to remove with paint correcting before ceramic coating would take place . I did a walk through of the entire car and notice all of the original swirl marks with additional swirls were on my car ! Nothing had been removed not even slightly ! I hate to say it here and leave one star but after having several shops look at the work along with several friends they basically told me the work wasn't done properly. I informed Michael I wasn't happy and he told me thanks for feedback and I'll come add more coats to make it look glossy. My main concern was the paint correction was non existent. I know every mark g on my car and it seemed like it was just wiped down with a rag quickly ran with clay bar lightly buffed with some quick polish and then ceramic coated which I have to say many spots were missing especially the rear of my car. There were excess ceramic coating on my rear glass which I cannot get off and polish residue on my mirrors and door jam, front bumper wasn't done and missing ceramic more than 50% I'm told by another Detailer. I guess this is what happens when you put 100% trust in someone based on reviews . Unfortunately I wish I could get a full refund because after my car was rained on the paint work looked no different from when it was waxed with sealant. Water doesn't really bead of and the Finnish just looks dull. According to Michael his ceramic he uses needs not many coats and is warranty to last 5 years. The work done on my 957 Porsche looks like it lasted a couple days. Michael is a nice guy, but wouldn't use his services again and should of watch what was done especially his method for washing without power washer. If your a first time customer with Apex and plan on using their services I highly highly highly recommend you watch the work being done especially the paint correcting. Wish my experience could of been like the others but for $xxx for less than 4 hours worth of work I feel duped with quality that was received. I never complain much but in this case I really had being a customer I truly felt the money I paid I got zero quality. The job was rushed in my opinion and do not want anyone else to have same poor quality work I received . read more

He was super professional and knew exactly how I wanted to come outside and see my cars. My '22 4Runner was delivered pretty poorly from the dealership and he brought it back to life with a full detail, paint correction, and full ceramic coating. Even after a couple weeks the car was barely dusty and still looked new and shiny. With my Audi, the wrap had gotten pretty bad and was starting to turn black on the rear bumper from the exhaust carbon. I didn't have high hopes that it could be saved but when I had that car get a full detail and ceramic coating, I came outside to see it looking new just like the day the wrap was installed. After reading Davids response to my one star review, I decided to call and speak to David about our situation. We spoke at length and I decided to give Apex Mobile another chance. I'm really glad I did. Chris came out and was prompt, courteous, and knowledgable. He did an amazing job on my Volkswagen Beetle. Even though Apex specializes in interior detailing, Chris did a great job on the outside detail as well! I did have scratches that were not able to be removed but David and Chris both explained the process and Chris showed me that they were not going to be removed without a whole other process that I didn't want to do. I didn't want to go to that extreme but Chris did great at the waxing and it looks so much better. I learned a big lesson from this whole situation. I never stopped to think of why David didn't return my phone call, just that he didn't! He could have had a lot of things going on in his life that would warrant him not to call back promptly. After we spoke, I think we both learned a lesson and I will continue to use them in the future and refer them to my clients and friends! Thanks again for the awesome job! read more
