I had a very disappointing experience with Kevin. We scheduled appointments multiple times, and he repeatedly failed to show up or canceled at the last minute without proper communication. I waited for him again and again, and it ended up wasting a lot of my time. I found him to be very unreliable and unprofessional, and I would not recommend working with him. Quick and communicative responses! Professional and transparent throughout the cleaning, my car was pretty dirty from a recent road trip and just accumulations over time so I thought it was due and I'm glad Kevin connected with me. Kevin came out to do a full interior detail on my daughter's car. We bought the car in 2019 and it had light cloth interior. We always intended to redo the interior because we got such a good deal on the car and we never did. Fast-forward to 2026 and the interior was disgusting. Athletic gear, a friend's dog, take out food, You name it had been in the car over the years and stained the light fabric Kevin worked a miracle and it now smells and looks amazing. I have run construction out of my Ford Ecosport for the last couple years. The inside of my car was incredibly dirty... it looks like new now. This guy was communicative, on time, friendly, and reasonably priced (based on other quotes we got for the detailing), and I am truly blown away by what a great job he did! After multiple requests, I finally received a written text confirmation stating that my membership had been discontinued, my card would not be billed again, and they even provided me with a cancellation ticket number for my records. Despite that confirmation, they continued charging my credit card not once, but twice after the cancellation. I had to reach out again to dispute the charges and request refunds for money that should have never been taken in the first place. This has been incredibly frustrating. When a company confirms in writing that an account is canceled and promises there will be no further billing, customers should be able to trust that commitment. If you're considering signing up, be aware that canceling may not be as straightforward as they make it seem, and I recommend keeping every piece of documentation if you ever need to cancel. Very disappointing experience. I won't be doing business with them again.

After a careful review of between 7-10 detailers, I made arrangements with Kevin at Exotic Treatment to have our two cars detailed and ceramic coated. He was at our condo from 9am-2pm and worked tirelessly. The result for each of the cars was beyond excellent! Our 17 year old Lexus RX350 looks virtually new. Keven buffed out the spiderwebs, light scratches, and even removed some pretty significant ones. And the same process on our 2025 Mazda Miata was excellent. The ceramic coating was flawless. I needed wash and sand removal for 2 transit vans. I work for a nonprofit and we just had surf camp so we wanted to make sure any salt residue from the beach wasn't going to damage the wraps we had on the vans. Super fast response time! I decided to go with them over the other people I reached out because of this and how easy it was to book a time! He spend another 90 minutes making my truck look as good on the outside as it now does on the inside. I couldn't believe it.
