There are many great detailers in the OC area. G Mobile is certainly not one of them. What started as a simple detail turned into an absolute nightmare communicating with these people. After my detail was finished (I was not present at the time), it is clear that these guys do not pay attention to detail. There were areas left stained/untouched that I ended up cleaning myself. While $135 is not the worst price I've seen, it's certainly not reflected into the quality I was provided. The worst part is that these guys burned my rear carpet mats and didn't even notify me. Instead, they tried to hide it by folding up all my carpet mats and stacking them on top of each other, which they claimed they were "letting it dry". Make that make sense. After I pointed out these issues, he did take responsibility, sort of at first (he tried pretending that he wasn't aware it happened). I asked if he could do another detail instead of reimbursement and HE AGREED TO THIS. When trying to schedule this second detail, he took days, even weeks to respond in order to dodge me. This is funny as his response time was very quick when I reached out to him for the first time. After canceling on me multiple times and not providing me with a proper time frame, he then proceeds to blame me for "not making up my mind". All I did was ask if he had availability for another day, yet he saw this as refusing to make up my mind. He claims to be such a "go go go" person, but is oblivious to the fact that he takes forever to respond and even tried ghosting me. After giving up on trying to schedule with him, I requested the reimbursement that he originally offered. Keep in mind that Tesla does not sell the carpet mats individually, you get it as a whole set, front and rear, which costs $112 with tax and shipping. I will not accept any knockoff carpets that he is offering, especially after how he escalated this whole situation. To anybody reading this, I ask you this, where is the professionalism with this person? If it was really that difficult to do a second detail, then why is it so hard to just say that in the first place? All this back and forth with him just for everybody's time to be wasted. Absolutely ridiculous behavior, but hopefully, if you're reading this, it will give you an idea of how you will be treated. Don't walk away from this place, run like your life depends on it. read more

I hired them, to wash and wax my 10 year old Tesla, that's black and sits in the sun day and night. My long haired German Shepherd is my full time passenger. My car was a filthy dirty mess. Alberto did an amazing job. He was able to wax my car and get spots and scratches removed and giving my beautiful car a beautiful white pearl shine. I also had sap on the roof and he removed it without damaging the paint. And on the inside the interior was completely detailed plastic mats washed dashboard. My car looks brand new. I got connected with Luis very last minute today, and luckily enough, he was able to squeeze me in within the hour. He was prompt with messaging. I requested his interior and exterior cleaning service, and his prices are very fair, and for the work, it was beyond my expectation. I had an issue with sunscreen residue getting all over the back seats, and Luis was able to clean it right off. My car has never gotten a detail, but the quality looked like it was just driven off the lot. I definitely plan on recommending his services to my friends and family. Excellent work! It rained in Irvine for about 2 weeks in early/mid November 2025 and while carrying several variably secure milk tea drinks home, I inadvertently spilled an entire drink into the floor of my 2015 Toyota Corolla passenger seat. Nothing big deal, I've spilled stuff like that before, it's part of why I wanted to get my car detailed at all... but then it grew mold on my floor and all 3 of the floor mats on top. Now I REALLY need a detailing. Started a Yelp project on Saturday Nov 22 at about 8pm, and Luis was one of the first people to respond to me, that same night. He was very up front with his prices and space requirements (about 3 parking spaces, meaning your and his vehicles and one space in between) and charged me $140 for sedan interior detailing (driver row, back row, and trunk) plus $50 for mold treatment, and came to me at my workplace on Monday at 8:25am (despite an appointed time of 8am, which we'd settled on the day before) after collecting his mold, etc tools. I gave him my keys and he worked magic for 3.5 hours to clean and detail my car as clean as if it'd just rolled off the dealer's lot, right down to that almost toxicly clean "new car" smell! I emptied my car of junk and valuables prior to detailing, but everything he found inside the car was either put back where it was found or put into the trunk. Luis also advised me to air-dry my mats overnight (at least 24 hours) to prevent mold regrowth and I left them out closer to 48 just in case due to colder temperatures. It has now been about a week since Luis detailed my car and I am happy to report that no mold has regrown, and my car is still looking so amazingly clean inside. Thank you so much!!
