It's been some time since I've had the pleasure in working with Michael from Apex Mobile Auto Detailing. However, I recognize where true merit is due, and this one is LONG overdue. Michael was referred to me through a couple family members. Both mentioned the superior level of service and quality of work that Michael offers. When I happened to purchase two trucks back to back (not the wisest financial choice on my part), I turned to Michael to protect my purchase, and I am EXTREMELY glad I did. Despite his busy schedule, he was able to pencil me in within a few days of initial contact. Prior to the appointment, Michael gave me more than a competitive offer for the works, including paint removal from bumper (drove into my garage the FIRST day of purchase like a dummy), ceramic coating, full interior cleaning, AND engine bay detail. Michael showed up ON TIME and got right to work. He is extremely efficient in his work and I appreciated how LOW MAINTENANCE it was to work with Michael - I literally handed him the keys along with access to my garage. I didn't need to come out and check up on anything. Now, this is where Michael went above and beyond in customer service. My wife began active labor midday, right smack in the middle of the job. Michael was MORE than understanding. He completed his work on the first truck leaving it with a MIRROR FINISH, just FLAWLESS, and he secured my garage behind him after he was finished. Although my second truck was scheduled to be worked on the day after, considering my situation, he more than graciously rescheduled me for the week after. When Michael came the second time around, he brought presents for our first-born child. Mind you, this was my SECOND encounter with Michael, but his thoughtful gesture just brought tears to my grown-ass man's eyes. My boy was just a couple days old, but I had to introduce him to Michael after everything he has done for me and my family. If you're looking for auto detailing in being done RIGHT through the MOST SEAMLESS process possible, look no further. I'll be taking all my detailing needs through Michael from here on out. Michael and David cleaned, detailed, polished, and waxed my 2015 Maserati Grantursimo, Chrysler 300C, and Chevy Equinox today. I'd be hard pressed to say I could find a piece of dirt on any of the cars after. The 300C had some hard water damage, which is usually tough to fix .... they did an awesome job and you would never know there were any water spots on the vehicle at all. The 300C is 10 years old, and is a daily driver; after the work they did you'd think I had it garaged and was a weekend-only vehicle. Literally years were melted away. The Chevy looks like it just rolled off the showroom, and the Maserati looks ... bellissimo. I'm definitely not an effusive guy but the work they did was top-notch, professional, and very fair-priced. In all the years on the internet, I think this is the second review I've ever written. David is simply the best! Excellent customer service, super fast responses, and amazing at detail work - all at an incredibly competitive price. I was so impressed with his work on my vehicle (looked even better than when I drove it off the Ford lot the week before) that I had him give my wife's car a complete detailing two weeks later. David restored a spot where another car's door had hit ours, and even got out a stain that had been on the inside since the day we bought it. I initially requested quotes through Yelp, and after receiving several, he was the only one who followed up with me a couple weeks later to earn my business -- which I really appreciated. From start to finish, Michael was extremely responsive and communicative. Scheduling was easy, he showed up right on time, and spent a little under two hours working on my bike. These guys are amazing!!! Well worth every penny. Imagine taking one of those cars post Katrina, with all the mud and silt inside many layers deep. Not to mention the mold the corrosive nature of sea water, etc.etc...... So imagine that as the before and now as an after imagine any used car straight off the lot!!! That's how good they are!!!! There may be bigger detailing companies out there, but Michael is quite good as if we consider quality of work and pricing, as his pricing are actually reasonable. If you need quality detailing, go see Michael. He performed a complete interior and exterior car wash, exterior polish and followed by a 5-year ceramic coating.
