Amazing work from Michael! I needed some paint correction and detail on my Lexus so threw it out to the Yelp-averse to see what I could do. The car had a lot of swirl scratches/spiderwebs plus some shallow scratches and dings. I had also spent the last few weeks moving, so the car needed some attention. Michael responded immediately with offering a next-day appointment. His price wasn't the cheapest but it was the most straightforward. He didn't have weird caveats or clauses. Just a single price for the service. He was super understanding when I had to change the location at the last minute too. He was communicative the entire time and I knew the car was in good hands. He even had the car done - interior and exterior details plus paint correction - in less than three hours! The work was incredible. The car looks brand new. Michael was able to remove all of the swirl scratches, all of the shallow surface scratches, and a spot where some paint had been transferred. When I showed him what I wanted done he just said "No problem, I'm going to do the whole thing first." This was very different than other estimates I got where each spot needed to be documented and added more to the cost. Michael just did the whole thing, and it was one easy price. I initially reached out to Michael to get a quote on paint correction and a 5 year ceramic coating. He responded within the hour. Michael arrived early and spent about three hours working on our Subaru Forester Wilderness in our apartment garage. A few weeks prior we went off roading and our vehicle suffered some pinstripe scratches from a few bushes. He was able to do a waterless wash and correct the paint. The scratches are no longer visible. The coating looks great, it's deeper and more reflective. Dressing the tires was a nice and unexpected touch. Would highly recommend. I got some minor pinstripes from off-roading and I didn't want to tackle the project myself since I don't have the experience so I decided to go with Apex, he is super friendly and punctual and he's only a mobile guy which is good and bad, anyway I set up and appointment and he showed up on time, he buffed over the side of my car once and afterwards there were still quite a few visible scratch marks, he told me he didn't want to buff it again in fear of going thru the clear coat too much which I respect. Anyway I paid $300 and tip but it was still bothering me since i literally went off-roading only once and it was just some brushes I was like no way all these scratches can still be so visible so I took it into an actual detail shop where they have all the tools at their disposal (special lights etc) and they were able to get the scratches out and charged me similar to what apex charged. Like I said he's a super nice guy and I'm sure he does great work washing and detailing but for more serious things like scratches I would bring your vehicle into a shop that has all the right tools for it read more
