Usually my hooded lids and eye shape results in heavy, side-turning extensions that obscure my vision and don't look good, but Isaac did an excellent job directing the extensions upwards and in a fan shape that opens the eyes more. The studio is not the fanciest but it's clean and reasonable. The classic extension set was $90 plus tax. Overall these are the most beautiful lash extensions I've had across many salons and I have no plans on changing.

The day of the fill they didn't show up because they scheduled it wrong on their end. I had an important event coming up, so I had to get them re-filled somewhere else (the place I went to was a lot more professional, by the way, just pricier). Despite of this, I gave them another chance and scheduled another fill with lashes by Isaac. When I get there, they start saying I should get a new set instead of a fill because I had gotten them filled somewhere else. I found this particularly ridiculous since the only reason I had gone somewhere else for the fill was because they didn't show up to the appointment. They ended up doing the fill because my lashes were still pretty full. I went for a fill after two weeks, and again they start saying I should get a new set, which seemed kinda suspicious, most places do multiple fills before a new set. Regardless, I agreed. At the end, they told me to schedule the next fill through text, instead of scheduling me when I was there. When I texted, turns out they were going on vacation and couldn't do a refill until almost a month later (I have the texts saying so), of course they didn't tell me this when they insisted I get the new set, if I had known I wouldn't have gotten it. I waited the almost month, and didn't go to another place to get a refill, because before they had used it as an excuse to try to get me to do a new set instead of a fill. I show up yesterday and they ask me if I went somewhere else, I said no, and they still said I needed to get a new set. I was stunned! They said it had been too long for a fill, but I had wanted to come earlier, it was them who couldn't schedule me in because of their vacation. At this point, I told them to just remove them. As infuriating as their lack of organization and grifting are, that's not the worst part. I get home and look in the mirror (I did think it was odd they didn't hand me the mirror there), turns out they damaged my natural lashes!! I have (or had) very full natural lashes, they left them short and stubby, and sparse. I cried all evening. It's so ridiculous. I then posted a review on google reviews, so that one else has to go through what I went through. They replied with a bunch of lies to avoid accountability. They said I had been getting my lashes done for years, and that that caused the damage. Which is a lie because I got my first ever set on February, with them. They also said I had seen multiple technicians in between appointments and before and after them. Which is all lies, I only saw them and one other technician, and that was only because they didn't show up to the appointment, which is super unprofessional. I guess they lie to deceive possible customers. So not only are they unprofessional, they damaged my lashes, lied, and refused to take accountability, they also started gaslighting me after all the harm they had already caused. I'm horrified that this quality of human beings exist.

I reached out to Alisha and from the moment I messaged her, to meeting her, and through our follow-up conversations, I've felt incredibly comfortable and cared for. Alisha took the time to answer my questions and reassure me since I was initially a little nervous and hesitant. The brow appointment took 4 hours since she is newer, but I was appreciative of her attention to detail and her dedication to making my eyebrows look perfect. Alisha would keep finding small things or details about my eyebrows that she wanted to fix or make even more symmetrical. I am so impressed and thankful for her work. The only thing that I didn't like is how they kept adding extra things without my consent. Such as hair treatment however, they asked me about scalp treatment so that was ok. But she added hair treatment without letting me know first. So that was added to my bill. That's why it's at 4 stars instead of 5! The male stylist also provided excellent care and shared helpful insights about hair care that I hadn't known before. It made the experience all the more valuable.
