Called Joe on Friday, scheduled me for a 40"X40"X4" slab the following Monday. Immediate responses on text, reasonably priced and was exactly on time at 6:30am. I increased the scope on site to cut out some old cement and remove a steel 4" pole cemented into the house foundation - had all the equipment with him to execute and upcharge was nominal and more than reasonable. I saw on Yelp that they were reading/reviewing the request when I sent it, multiple days before. Did they respond? No. I followed up with some irritation that despite being recommended, they are doing nothing. What irks me is that they say they will respond 100% of the time - which clearly isn't the case. Why would anyone want to do business with them, when they have zero desire to return any message at all? Normally I avoid these types of postings - with just complaining without seeing results - but folks need to be aware of this supposedly "service."
