They shared a portal for us to upload docs into. It took us a few weeks to get started uploading those docs but we're still within their purported time-frame in mid-February. We had some access issues that, for myself, they fixed; that was not fixed for my wife and we had to bug them several times in the last week before our scheduled tax prep meeting. They then reached out to me, saying that they can no longer work with us and that they'll delete all the files I uploaded to their vault. When I asked them why, they did not respond.

I am very disappointed that these issues were blamed entirely on the system, with no acknowledgment or apology. She actually told me to take it as savings! I am talking about thousands of dollars that I overpaid the IRS. I knew something was wrong, and I asked her to triple-check them. She did, and she couldn't find the mistake until I called the IRS, and they told me I have 3 years to file an amendment and get my tax credit back. On top of that, we had to file twice for the 2025 taxes, and on the second time she didn't include the payment plan! I ended up doing everything myself online and calling the IRS many times to solve this. I will find someone else to prepare my taxes next year! They do not want to reimburse for the services!!!!
