They can answer almost anything you need to know, and often do yet they still bring it up to the Dr. for the final word. After a cortisone shot and gel shot with no improvement, a dear friend suggested "her doctor's" practice. We met Dr. Joseph Noah and he advised total knee replacement for both knees.
