Terrible! I had requested two glass measurements and were given the incorrect ones and I needed them badly the day of. Made me work extra hard to try to get the glass fit on my already done frame. I called and asked for a refund and they said they could only cut it for me. I already had a frame and now I had to resize it! The least they could do is give me some money back. I asked the worker to give me the owners name and she wouldn't. I would overhear her speaking to someone (I bet it was the owner). Don't waste your time and money here. read more

Save yourself the headache and patience and don't even bother with this company. The prices they offer is cheaper than most other places I have shopped. But is it worth paying less for the lack of professionalism and horrible customer services? I don't even know about the quality since I can't even get an updated quote since they increased the price due to the pandemic. They will come right away to give you a quote. But everything else you expect in service goes down the drain afterwards. Hopper was nice to come out and take the measurements. However, you have to deal with Vivian who works in the office for any questions and quotes. Good luck getting anything done with Vivian!!!! The quote they give you is very basic and lacks a lot of details on what type of windows, specs, etc you are installing. So you're will not know exactly what you are paying for. I had to call Vivian to have her explain in details when it's not even my fault her quote lacks the details that I need before I make a decision. Her tone always felt like she didn't have time to be on the phone and she wanted to just get you off the phone. I had to ask Vivian to include more details for a revised quote and it took her a week to get back to me. She doesn't respond via email. So you have to call you. But when she said she will email you later, she never does. So I felt like I was bugging her for a quote when it should have been done in a timely manner without having me chase her down. I even stopped by the store to look at the window and even at the store she just kept her distance and didn't seem like she really wanted to help. In the end, when I was able to accept the quote, she said the quote she gave me no longer is valid and that prices has increased and she will not get back to me until the beginning of the next month. So I waited 2 weeks and didn't hear from her. I called her back in the beginning of the month for a new quote and she said she can't give me a quote still and that I have to wait. I asked how long and she said she doesn't know. So if she didn't want to give me a quote 2 weeks ago, she should have said something or give me a better explanation. I felt like she was stringing me along and in the end, she didn't even deliver and told me to go somewhere else if I cant' wait. If you are in business, you should give ppl realistic timeline. It is extremely unprofessional to waste ppl's time and to over promise when you don't plan to deliver. I called Hopper for help and he was not helpful at all. He said Vivian handles the invoice and said he will talk to her and call me back. It has been a week and I still haven't heard back from anymore. I have never dealt this type of service in my life.... So please please please... Don't even bother calling them because you will be wasting your time and energy! You will thank me alater. read more

The owner and his team did an amazing job repairing our window. He's prices are fair and his workmanship is outstanding and top notch. I'm shocked that the quality is amazingly fantastic. It's magnificent. I would recommend APL for all your window and/or glass repair needs. On Monday morning, our idiotic gardener carelessly damaged our patio window. Cracked glass rapidly spread throughout the body of the window. It was horrible. It was a massacre. We were stressed out. Dad remembered APL about twenty years ago. So later that morning we drove down to APL. the owner was there and carefully, calmly and thoroughly explained what should be done to correct the problem. The APL owner came to our home in about 15 minutes (we were surprised at the speed he moved). He measured and took notes for the window . The next day, he and his team came to our home. They carefully and thoroughly removed the damaged window. And replaced it with a brand new window set with brand new seals. We are amazed at the time, energy, and thought put in to make and install this amazing window. APL are very respectful, polite, and professional during this entire process. The APL owner took the time to answer all our questions. This is a great stress free experience. Again, I recommend APL. They did a fantastic job and are worth every penny. Came in for the first time in early March 2017 for a protective glass and was able to walk out with it. I was pleasantly surprised. I was so impressed that I asked the female at the desk if I ordered 2 larger pieces how long it would take? She said I'd be able to wait for them. I finally came in on a Friday, mid March 2017 for the larger pieces. Mark Q, the manager for the family business said he'd be able to have them ready by Saturday around 2pm. For me to call before going to pick them up. When I called the woman on the phone said they weren't ready. I told her I'd call back later. She interrupted me by saying "No. We'll call you". I waited and no one from the store called. Seeing how they close at 5pm I called them at 4pm........no answer. I kept calling every 5 minutes until 5pm.......no answer. I was fed up. My husband dropped by on Monday and asked what was going on? The pieces were ready but they did not call us. It was explained to them how they: - failed to deliver the merchandise as was promised and was prepaid. - didn't answer the phone. - will never get any of our return business in the future. ......and all of a sudden.......no one spoke English. read more

(Been over 3 weeks). I am in the process of them installing two shower glass door. The boss no type of business ethics. Promised me will get it done before Xmas. First they told me Thursday or Friday. Then they say Monday, the glass they ordered not ready. Nobody shows Monday not even a phone call. Finally they show up Wednesday, but only do one of two showers. They don't have the a right latches. I had to wait after Xmas. I wanted to fire them right there and then. Then the boss promise me the follow Tuesday he will have it done for me or I don't have to pay him. When Tuesday came, nobody came nobody called me. I go into the store and ask why haven't you installed my door. I told the boss to call me. He denies ever saying he will get it done by Tuesday or I don't have to pay him. Thursday morning they finally installed. It is poorly installed though. The whole shower shakes when you open or close it. Two days later they ask me to clear the tab with them. We moved into a home that had sliding doors installed by this company. After living in the house for a year there was a glitch with one of the doors and we weren't able to open the door. It was so hard to find anyone to help us. Lock smith wouldn't, other door companies said they couldn't. We finally hunted down from the sellers who installed the doors (this company) and called for help. They came out right away and fixed the problem in a couple minutes. Free of charge. I couldn't believe how easy and reliable this company is about standing by their work. I don't know anything about their prices or how they work on the front end of getting stuff installed in ones home. 2 stars because they're relatively inexpensive but I guess you get what you pay for. Service was short of mediocre. When I called for the estimate for my cracked window, they showed up right away. I paid half for the deposit and when it came to install, they fell short. Scheduled first appt and they no-showed. Had to call their office 2 hours later to inquire. Seems like they had forgotten.
