I contacted Marco at MJ'S Window. They installed 2 sliding glass doors and 3 windows for me in 2018. So in 2026 I called Marco again for a bedroom window and a patio sliding glass door in an almond color to satisfy my HOA. Marco made an appointment to come out for a measurement I gave him a check for a deposit and 3 weeks later he had my windows. Marco and his team came out on 3/18/2026 and installed the door and window they did an excellent job. I waited for a few weeks before leaving a review, it had rained for a few days a 2 weeks ago so far so good and No leaks. I highly recommend MJ'S Windows for their professionalism, good communication, and fair fees. Most window and door services no longer provide repairs, preferring to install new ones. It was difficult for me to find the repair service, and I am glad I found MJ'S Windows To fix my vertical sliding window, they needed to purchase new sliding parts. They provided fair fees and fast service. Marco made a good effort to fix my old sliding glass door, which was improperly installed and therefore badly skewed. These guys are fantastic. We had a warped wooden frame that caused the window pane to crack and made it hard to open the window. We had to prop it open with a piece of wood. The guy from MJ's took careful measurements, and I think they custom-manufactured a window to fit our janky frame, because it fit perfectly. They were flexible about working around my schedule, and the installation was fast and quiet. (I was able to work on my computer in the same room while the window was being installed. The end result is fantastic (I put before/after pictures below)They also added some quarter round molding around the window, which looks really nice. I pass by it every time I go to Costco and was pleasantly pleased by their reasonable prices. I was able to get the correct dimensions and a great quality mirror. The women tending the phone took my order over the phone and placed the order without a deposit (Most locations require that a deposit is placed in advance). Called and they came out within a couple of hours, because we have a custom size gas filled dual pane window on our door they had to special order this door glass, they were able to board up the opening in order to temporarily secure the window. The glass was installed three days later as promised and at a price that was less than all other quotes that were more than $100-200 difference. Great Service! I had been looking for a lock for an old-style Milgard window for several days and no shop was able to help me out until I found MJ's on this site. The young lady instantly recognized the brand and informed me the part I was looking is no longer manufactured. Luckily for me, she happens to have an old window frame sitting somewhere on the floor with the exact part I needed and offered to swap it out for a minimal fee. In 2019, I needed a large window glass (12'x5') replaced at my rental, and after contacting several glass companies, I chose MJs because they were knowledgeable and their price was very reasonable. The technician came out, measured, and three weeks later my new glass was installed. Since then, they have replaced broken glass panels on three of my double-paned Pella windows. When I remodeled the master bathroom, I ordered my vanity mirror and frameless shower doors from them. Every time I've used their services, their prices have been VERY affordable, they leave the area clean, and the final product looks amazing! They are very professional and honest! Really disappointing. I rely on the Yelp community to identify strong companies for my business. With only positive reviews, I reached out to MJ's Windows through the Yelp estimate request. MJ's Windows responded quickly and when I was ready to proceed the next day they asked for my home address and contact info. I live close to MJ's Windows office, so I was definitely in their service area. I didn't hear back through the Yelp estimate request messaging system for a few days so I called and spoke to a women who scheduled an appointment for me. She provided me with a 2 hour window and said that the technician would call 30 minutes prior to arrival. No one called and no one showed up. I didn't bother calling them again because this was round 2 where they dropped the ball in communication. I decided to move forward with another company. read more
