Being asked for my phone number to "explain over the phone " why they might not be able to help me same day was very inappropriate. Not only was it midnight, but the entire conversation had been completed via messages , so why wouldn't this information be told via messages? This made me feel extremely uneasy. In addition, I had to ask multiple times about licensing. In short - watch yourself. Be aware. If something seems off, it probably is. Do not use this company…read more The technician spoke very broken English and was unable to clearly explain what the $225 charge was for or exactly what service he was going to perform. We went in circles for several minutes, and I still could not get a clear answer. What concerned me even more was that he repeatedly laughed at me during the conversation, which I found unprofessional and disrespectful. At that point, I decided I did not want him performing any work and asked him to leave. He refused to leave, even after I told him several times. I eventually informed him that if he did not leave immediately, I would call the police. Only several minutes after, and in spite of his dispatcher on the line, then did he finally leave. Based on this experience, I have serious concerns about the company's hiring and training practices. If this is representative of the employees they send to customers' homes, I cannot recommend this company. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
