Apollo came out quickly and applied the coating but we immediately noticed a large crack, it's been 6 weeks of trying to contact their repair department and they have not returned our emails or calls. when calling the regular number for installation they were not helpful at all! I would not recommend this company at all due to their lack of response. this also undicates that their warranty is complete bogus since their way of handling this situation is rude and unnecessary, we even offered to pay for repair and they still have not returned our inquiries! buyer beware! read more

I absolutely love my Apollo floor in my garage. The beauty of this coating is it can be done in the winter as there is n minimum temperature required for them to coat your garage floor. I have had my floor coating for a little over two years and after a quick sweep and mop it looks like new. I have spilled oil on it and had it sit over night and then it wipes right up with no stain. We have also had metal leave a rust stain on the floor and again a quick mop and the stain is gone. They even coated the wooden sill and the wood steps going into the house. It makes it easy if I want to pressure wash the garage as I don't have to worry about getting the wood wet. The crew that did my garage was very friendly and cleaned up after they were all done. They have se a Polyaspartic Polyurea Topcoat which is very strong and basically impenetrable. It has a 15 year non depreciating warranty but they said it would last a lifetime. read more

I had mine done in the fall and this winter has presented a major issue with large puddles that are messy and hazardous. There is a high lip surrounding my drain that should have been ground down so that the water can easily drain out but they did not address that during the install. The water puddles around the drain, spreading out over a large area of my garage, which then freezes over in the extreme cold. My children and I have slipped many times getting in and out of the car. Two contractors, a plumber, and a mason all advised that Apollo would have known this would be an issue and should have advised me on it before they agreed to the job or else ground it down when they were prepping the surface. It has been extremely difficult to reach anyone to discuss the issue (they would not return my calls, sending only texts despite my request to speak with someone), and once I did finally speak to someone, they denied any responsibility and refused to remedy the situation. Customer service after the job was completed has been terrible and I now have to hire someone else to fix the issue. read more

Good- product is beautiful. Communication is awful. I just had my garage floor done 4/15/25 . Had an issue, Trying to get a person to help??? Several calls, technicians would show up, they all were not advised of the issue so they all were clueless. Each visit afterwards, problems happen. Ran out of product before my fix so they didn't fix. One visit machine broke, didn't fix issue, third technician didn't agree with what I told him that I was told regarding the fix. Finally got it fixed however there is still a small issue. I've emptied my garage twice by myself due to my husband being disabled. I'm done, I'll accept the clump. Just letting people know there is no communication between techs and upper management. I also read ratings after I've already had it done. Same issues by everyone who has comply. Rain caused my initial install. When it was finally supposed to have been fixed, it rained when the tech was done. He was ask if he was gonna cover the area, he said no, if it gets wet and it has an issue, they'll come back and fix it? Ok so no big deal! Waiting now to see how it holds up? $5000 floor? After taking my deposit and setting a date they were a no call no show. Spent the weekend cleaning out the garage, and wasted a day of PTO. The even sent a text 4 days ago to confirm the appt. When I called 3 hrs after they were supposed to be here, I was given every bs excuse in the book and said that they could reschedule in a week. Meanwhile I wasted a day of PTO, and my garage is stuffed into my shed and backyard. Totally unacceptable and do not recommend! read more

We requested an estimate for our garage floor and stairs. Bradley Bennett came over on Monday said that he will drop off the estimate for us. It is now Wednesday, we have called 4 times and was told that Matt, the Supervisor, would be handling it. We called back and found out that NOW they are refusing to give us our estimate. This company is one of the best companies I've ever dealt with. They do what they say they're going to do and they do a great job at it. They had to send a double crew to fix what the first crew did. That isn't my issue. My grill was fine before they arrived and they moved it, with my permission of course, and now there are 2 of the 5 Weber flavorizer bars missing. Of course no one would admit to it but I think somehow they were thrown out by accident. So I now have to add $70 more to what it cost me for the job. Yes I talked to their head of operations, yada yada yada. Coincidence, hmmm grill has been there for years and no issues. read more
