I can honestly say that I have had only exemplary service and personal service from the whole crew of WNY SNOW REMOVAL. Whenever we get burdened with an abundance of snow , they have never let us down. We have many clients that require transport daily and through out the day to get to important appointments . They plow very well and put down treatment to prevent the formation of ice and slick mush , while not leaving a salty residue that ruins carpets . We have had them inside for non job related help and the residents, clients and workers all like them very much. They are courteous, friendly, helpful and humble people who do excellent work.

Since it is our only shower in the house, we needed a quick turn around. They kept their promise. Michael was a pleasure to have in my house. He's friendly and completely trustworthy. He periodically informed me of what step he was on and asked my opinion on layout. He cleaned up after each day of work. He covered my carpet and floor to protect it. Michael and Mario have been in business together since 2009. They grew up learning tiling/ l flooring from their dad and grandfather who ran a family tiling business. They are not new to this. They can do complete bathroom remodels. They have the skills to install most flooring too (hardwood, vinyl, tile). I've already asked Mario to install vinyl floor at my mom's house.
