I get there at 830 to find out that my appt wasn't in the system. I showed her proof of the zoc doc confirmation on my phone. Turns out the person who was supposed to give me the shot (who is not even a doctor but an assistant) wasn't there yet. So she tells me she's coming in and to wait. Then 2 minutes later I clearly hear her asking someone else is Susan coming in? So WTF would you tell me to wait for Susan when you don't even know if she's coming? And why wouldn't you call someone or ask to find out before telling me to wait. So I go up to her and say can't anyone give me the shot? She was like "oh you can see anyone"? YES it's a cortisone shot! I reminded her again that I had to leave to go to work so it would have to be in the next 5 min. She looked at me like I was nuts. "Oh no it won't be in the next 5 min. I still have to put your info into the system." So I made an appt on Zoc Doc for 830am, filled out all of my info, only to find out the PA wasn't there, my info wasn't in the system and the receptionist can't seem to understand I have to go to work though I said it 3x. Let's keep in mind a shot takes approx 1 second to administer. It was a complete waste of time AND the receptionist had bad skin!!!! Not the best advertisement guys.

He was even super cool with my taking a phone call during our appointment once (please don't judge me- it was another doctor calling with test results!). In addition, i have Peter Walla Chan MD, great oncologist whom I mwt prior to my need for surgery. His office really made use of the automated system to find patients appointments on the fly. I usually have to make an appointment for early mornings but thise appointments are few, sometimes i get the automated texts from their office and I am able to get in when other patients cancel. Unfortunately NOT all doctors utilize yhis system. Another great cardiologist i met is Navid Ahmed MD, he is part of Catholic Health. He has been very thorough on making sure my health concerns are always addressed and his office also utilizes the text service to find early appointments on the fly if you sign up for it. I believe Dr Frasca has the system but i have never been texted by the mir system even when i have asked to be added to it. Regardless if you are looking for the finest personalized physicians, there is no doubt Catjolic health care is the place to go. Basically under one building all the doctors you ever need, making lab tests, yearly check up and ongoing medical follow ups seamless. I also like their app, which allows me to check on lab tests results, appointments and even communicate with each doctor personally. In the aame place theire is also routine in and out surgery as I had my comllex miniscus tear repair on the same day as the facility in also in the aame building.

I try to be patient being that he's a surgeon but any wait longer than 30 minutes is unacceptable. It shows a lack of respect and consideration to the patients' needs. I shouldn't need to take a day off for an appointment, nor, should i have to wait for upwards of an hour (going on two hours today, three hours last time). If this is how a doctor wants to practice than just do surgery and leave the consults and other appointments to someone else. Am getting an aneurysm waiting, it doesn't help that there's noise and a packed waiting room, why would you put people with migraines and pain in this position? Don't understand why doctors are so inconsiderate. He is thorough, intelligent, patient, genuine, and in terms of cosmetic dermatology- conservative (less is more in his eyes). It is rare to find a cosmetic provider like him that will convince you to do less in order to achieve truly natural results, rather than doing superfluous injections and treatments just to profit more. He is the only person I trust with putting a needle in my face! The staff is also so attentive, responsive, and kind! Office is clean and modern, and every visit is streamlined and efficient.
