The pen completely quit producing even though there was still supply left in the pen. And yes it was charged . I basically tossed $60 out the window. The price is too steep to be taking risks on which pens work and which don't. I know it's not the businesses fault but I'm writing an honest review for people. The Kratom selection and quality is typical of any kratom supplier. I personally buy Train Wreck from Earth Kratom because of the 11 strain blend which gives high levels of all 6-7 different benefits of Kratom compared the varying levels of a single vein white, red or green. Besides that, I love the local products as I like to support the local businesses when I travel. They have salsas, jams, jellies, honey, meats, butter, milk, pasta sauce and even ice cream plus more.
