I asked what time they closed because the website clearly says 12:30 p.m., but the employee ignored my question. I parked and walked inside, arriving around 12:28 p.m., where they were already pulling the metal security gates down. The same employee loudly said, "We're closed." When I pointed out that it was only 12:28 and they told me they closed at 12:30, she insisted it was "already after 12:30," even though it wasn't. I understand employees need lunch breaks, but closing early and then being rude and argumentative about it is unacceptable. If your posted lunch hours say 12:30, customers shouldn't be turned away before then. A little professionalism and courtesy would have gone a long way.

I showed them the email and they wanted me to log into my account. The whole reason I took a screenshot of the coupon was so it wouldn't have to deal with this. Walked away because I couldn't spend any more time trying to save a few dollars in a $40 item. Went to another store and paid a lot less than what CVS would have been with coupon. Won't be giving CVS any of my business anymore.

Tried a third time...nothing. I started walking towards the front to get help and found a staff member finally coming. I guess that's one way to stop theft and stop sales at the same time! Grabbed some unsweetened iced tea bottles and went to check out. The shelf price was cheaper than price at register. When I pointed it out to the cashier he was helpless to do anything. Said I could speak to a supervisor at the customer service counter. Nobody there with a sign saying Customer Service was closed. Not even a suggestion of where to get help? Asked the closest cashier for advice about what to do. She was actually friendly but didn't know, referred me to a crabby career cashier who had no interest in assisting. Said there should be someone coming later today I could talk to. (not helpful) Said they were doing price changes so shelf tags might be wrong. Where is Weights and Measures when you need them!?! This Walmart is a prime location to rack up some fines. Unfortunately it seems that when trying to save money, management cuts payroll first, causing customer service to go down the toilet.

I can shop at 6 AM and return home before anybody is awake. I have been to Walmart during the day and anytime that is later than the early morning is not my favorite time to go because of the other customers. Other than that this morning I was able to find the perfect hair bands that hold my super thick hair for a pretty good price there was Apple parking and none of the other customers were bothering me. This Walmart like all the others had the same issues that never seemed to be resolved no matter how many years have passed. A smelly and filthy parking lot that always reeked of sewage and trash. Poor customer service from employees which is not a shocker as that is a common trend at Walmart. Always messy and dirty aisles that are clobbered with trash and products out of place. A dirty floor that is never cleaned and bathrooms that always reeked of sewage too. Especially the bathroom right near the main entrance which always had a toilet that is out of order and never fixed. This Walmart used to have some good things though from the past from what I remember. Such as having a McDonald's that is now like other reviewers have mentioned, blocked off and empty with nothing in it's place. And then of course theres the pricing and the variety of products that only Walmart carries that most other popular retailers don't. It used to fun going to this Walmart years ago to look at the legos or more specifically the Bionicles when they were still being made and popular in the early 2000's. And it was almost always fun going to the McDonald's here to fill up on food or get an ice cream cone. In the end, I am still not a fan of Walmart and I doubt I ever will be as they all almost always have the exact same issues.

COVID vaccine rating…read more I took my 12-year-old child to Safeway to receive his Pfizer vaccine. No appointment needed but I did call ahead to ask how long the wait was. We only ended up waiting about 15 minutes. It was a very smooth experience. Like a well-oiled machine. You essentially fill out a form at the check-in window. Be sure to bring a passport or school ID for your child. The person who administered the vaccine was very professional and friendly. My son was a little nervous but she put him at ease. I'm so grateful for healthcare workers. Incredibly convenient to do this at Safeway. Also thought it was funny that the ice cream freezer seemed to be strategically placed right outside the pharmacy. My son saw it as he was getting a shot and promptly requested an ice cream sandwich. Of course I obliged :) At the time of this review, the vaccine administering hours are: 9a-1230pm | 2-7pm
