    I have been to this location several times for phone repairs and to purchase accessories. The store is usually very busy, but at certain times you can get help with little waiting. It is best to make an appointment for phone diagnostics and repairs. I have found the staff to be very welcoming, easy to understand and more than willing to help. Everyone that has helped me knew their business. Whether a phone repair or purchasing a product, the staff seemed eager to explain things in a way easily understood. The store is brightly lit with many tables and chairs to sit with the technician helping you. Products are on shelving along the walls. The store design is clean, modern, and uncluttered. Located inside the Brandon mall there is plenty of parking. This Apple store is consistent with the quality of the company.

    This Apple store open a few day ago. They finally ready for the customers. All walk in will need to be checked for temperatures. A mask will be issued before enter the store. If the line is long. They will set up appointment at the spot and have you come later. Our appointment was 50 minutes later. So we went to eat and come back for the appointment. We were here to get apple SE with trade in. My wife pick the fire red color. Nice color. The store clerk was professional. While we were in there, six feet is maintained. Our trade in was easy. And we get an unlocked iPhone. With the purchase of iPhone, we got a Apple TV free for a year. We were able to transfer all data before we hand over the phone. The transition was easy. So far we have good experience on this store. The transaction was easy.

    Arrived at Apple Store to get hubby's phone checked. We made an appointment in advance for this visit. When we arrived there were 2 lines with Apple Employees all about. They took your name and and directed you to the correct line to wait. When you get on line a woman is there taking everyone's temperature. We waited in line to be called into the store. We waited for about 15 minutes after our appointment time. We can't complain all things considered! The Apple Store is limiting the amount of people in the store at a time due to social distancing. The store is also keeping everyone who enters 6 feet apart. One more important requirement they have, is that you wear a face covering to enter. I have to admit, it looked odd with so few people in the usually packed Apple Store. We were directed into the store and to a nice young genius named Austin. Austin hooked up the phone and proceeded to work his magic! Austin was able to fix hubby's phone issue and within a half hour and we were on our way. Needless to say, hubby very happy he doesn't have to purchase a new phone yet!

    Man Dj was freaking awesome! Helped me and my fiancé through the repairing process of our laptop! Even helped my lady with pairing her watch again. He explained every step of the way in detail and was very patient! Now this is what I expect when I walk into a business! Beyond impressed with our services today! Again all thanks to Dj!

    So I have waited here for 1hour and 30min to get my crack screen fix. I'm still waiting. Use your own judgement.

    I don't have an iphone, but went in there with a friend who had a problem and was blown away by the service they gave her. Amazing!

    I thought they were honest, professional, and fair. I brought in my Kindle for repair. It wasn't…read morepowering up or charging. I thought maybe it was my charger. So I tried another charger which didn't seem to work. That's when I decided to drop it off at MIT Computers for diagnostics. It was $20 to run a diagnostic on it, and they told me they would call me in a couple of days. They called and told me that the Kindle started right up during the diagnostic test. I guess it had to be reset or something. I was told to bring in both of my chargers to check them out. I did just that, and there was nothing wrong with the chargers. Also, my Kindle was working and there hasn't been an issue with it since. They could have just said it was the battery and charged me more money to replace it. I wouldn't have known the difference, but they told me I didn't need one. I have a friend who used to take her laptop to the one on Dale Mabry before it closed. She was very happy with their service. In fact, she's unhappy because they are no longer there, and didn't know they had a shop in Brandon. Now she knows after I told her about my experience. Hopefully I won't need to come back any time soon, but this is the place where I'd bring my Kindle or laptop in for repair if ever needed.

    6 minutes ago NEW…read more I don't recommend this location. First, they say 3 to 5 days to diagnose the issue but can't even meet that time line. Then when asked about it on the 6th day, they say, "we'll, you did bring it on the afternoon of the 1st day". I requested if they could not complete the diagnostic by the end of the 6th day to give me a call so i could pick up the pc and give my business elsewhere; they said "sure". Well, at 5 pm on the same day, Saturday, I call and they are closed until Monday. Totally unprofessional!!!
