Every time I had to go here or call here I have always been treated like I was the most important situation and given 100% attention. It's like every time I go in there they have a new selection of cases watch bands and a lot of other things... I have even seen new technology that helps you with other items that they sell. I used to be an android user and when I first switched to Apple products I was taken away by how much more they cost than an android device did, however I soon realized that they last a 100 times longer than any android I have ever purchased. Example, I would've had to repurchase at least 3 of the android phones in the time I had my first iPhone and to be honest I only did a trade in then because I liked the upgrade that came out that time better than what I had at the moment, other than that my phone was still going strong. My second visit to the so called Genius bar in about 3 months, first one for was for a battery for my iphone, service was ok, had to wait 2 hours even after making an appointment, however when I got my phone back the new battery was only 25 percent charged. You would think if you purchase a new battery it would be charged ( at least I expected it to be) Now today I went because my apple watch would not pair with my phone, the person I got had no more knowledge about the issue than I did. So I just left and came home and deleted both phone and watch and restored and fixed the issue. I expected the 'genius' to have some answer about how to get the issue resolved without having to delete both devices and spend two hours getting them restored, but no such luck. I can't recommend using this store for service. read more

When it was my turn, I was quizzed about who and why I was purchasing the gift card for. I was lectured about scammers and gift cards. After answering questions, I was ready to leave because I was being asked more questions. I understand people are scammed. I didn't need to be interrogated as much as I was. read more

Paid in full for the iPhone 17 pro max 1tb and came early waiting in line for pick up. They told me appointment is in two hours. I told them phone is paid for in full and no cellular carrier needed. Picking up the phone takes seconds and I already waited in line. I told them if I can't pick the phone right now then I'll just cancel and get a refund because I'm not coming back. Their employees are terrible. Atmosphere is ghetto. Chick-fil-A is better Customer Service. read more

I had an issue with my iPhone camera not working. I called Apple support who ran a diagnostic test and determined that this was a software issue. He scheduled a same day appointment at this location to have my phone looked at. When I arrived the store was quite busy - but I was greeted right away and checked into my appointment. I waited for about 5 minutes and a very friendly employee came up and talked about the plan. The phone camera was repaired that day - within an hour. In the meantime I wondered around the rest of the mall which also has some great stores. My phone was under warranty so all of this was free. Overall I am very satisfied with my experience! read more

So my experience with this store is HORRIFIC! It started by the battery on my iPhone 14 being so bad to the point where if it is not on charge it will cutoff within minutes. I bought the phone in November of 2022 which means just over 2 years time the battery does not function at all. So I got on Apple Store at Bridge Street and scheduled an appointment to get a new battery. I scheduled this 6 days in advance as I live and work 2 hours away and could only come certain days. When I scheduled my appointment I had to specifically put in my phone type and that it needs a new battery. It tells me the charge for a new battery is $99 and I will pay at the store. Which I was okay with but shouldn't have been considering my phone is barely 2 years old. Regardless I take off work early on Friday and drive 2 hours to the store. Once I get there one of the "geniuses" (I cant believe they actually use this word) sit downs and plugs my phone up and says "Looks like you need a new battery." (shocker) Then proceeded to tell me they do not have that battery in stock and will have to order it. What type of system does not notify someone when the part is not in stock especially since I had to go through and specifically say I have an iPhone 14 and need a battery. The "genus" also never picks up my phone while we are there. He puts in my profile that the phone has "no physical damage" which was not true considering the back screen is shattered. The case I have on my phone is clear so if he would have turned the phone over whatsoever he would've seen such. But nevertheless he did not and he sent us on our way saying they will let me know when the part comes in. So skip to the next Friday when I was about to head back 2 hours once again to Huntsville to get the part. I tried calling the store and cannot get anyone to answer. I finally decide to just call Apple support and explain the situation to him. That I did not want to make the drive in case there were any issues that could lead to me not getting my phone fixed. He then put me on hold and tried to contact them himself and could not get anyone to answer. They have 15 people working in there it seems and each time I have been in there, there is at least 3-4 doing absolutely nothing! However he explained he could not contact them and wished me luck. So I get there the 2nd time after leaving work early. Another 2 hour drive one way and I get there and cannot find anyone to help me and have to track down the man with the iPad and explain to him my part is in and I am here to get it fixed. When the technician shows up I hand him my phone and he immediately turns it over and sees the broken back screen. He explains this may be an issue to fix. He goes back and apparently talks to the guy who put in my chart "NO PHYSICAL DAMAGE" then when he comes back he ACCUSES ME of breaking my phone between last week and now! Says the damage must have come since then and to fix it will be now $300 and if he were me he would just buy a new phone. Long story short I drive a total of 8 hours take off work twice and explain everything I need to. Then with the incompetence from not only Apple but also their employees I still have a phone that does not work unless it is on charge. The sad part is Apple is such a technology giant none of this will matter and the employees know this because no one apologized or even went out of their way to try and make something happen. This place SUCKS. Order online and do not waste your time with this store! read more

Just went to buy my daughter her first iPhone and was told I couldn't sit down while we were waiting to speak with an associate. There were 4 groups of people ahead of us before we could even speak to anyone. So, we are to stand around for an unknown span of time just because we weren't actively being helped. We left and will NEVER buy an apple product. It is ridiculous that they cannot accommodate disabled people. It's absolutely shameful they discriminate against the disabled population. read more

I was ecstatic to discover we have an Apple store here in Huntsville. We were walking around bridge street and decided to stop in to check out IPads and the new iPhone 13 pro. I was sold after I got to mess around with the camera. They do still require you to wear a mask and provide one if you forgot one, even though there is no city mandate. read more

We called ahead to ensure that the store had an ipad SIM tray & were assured that they did. After driving 20+ miles from a rural area, we waited 30 minutes at the "genius bar." (I wasn't sure why it took a genius to pull a part.) I asked the kid why we had to wait for all the employees helping with tech support when we needed a part. We were told we still had to wait. Finally they looked up the part & said " that will be 7-10 business days." Wow, it doesn't take a genius to get on the internet & purchase one online & receive it in 3 days. BTW, this was a test bc my hubby wanted me to switch to apple & this experience solidified I'm an android girl for life!!!! (I could have gotten the part locally at any electronics store & wouldn't even need a genius bar to wait to order it for me. ) For apple to have such high standards, they should really work on their local stores! 40 mile round trip & all we got was ice cream across from the useless apple store. read more

Came in just to pick up an item and the experience I had was as easy and seamless as it gets. The associate who helped me was very friendly and even though she was just doing her job I felt like she went above and beyond in making sure I had everything I needed before I left. The covid precautions are excellent currently. Not letting people enter without checking temps and have a online appointment. However, you have to stay out in the heat in a line which is brutal. Wear a mask and don't go unless you have to absolutely. Bring a small fan and water bottle to avoid heat stroke! read more

I went to pick up my custom order Mac Pro today & was told it had been returned & that I had been issued a refund. What? I ordered the new Mac from a sales rep at the Bridgestreet store. I paid for it in full & specifically told her I would be out of town & unable to pick it up until today. There should have been a note on my order to hold it. Not only that, but I should have received a text, or courtesy call, informing me that I only had x number of days to pick the device up before they shipped it back. It was paid for! Couldn't they hold it for me for a few days? I received a text on Feb. 26th stating it was ready for pickup, but no where did the text state I only had x number of days to pick it up. I received a 2nd reminder on Mar. 1st, but again no mention of a cut off date. Very poor customer relations! Still steaming! read more

Good: COVID-19 precautions Bad: Everything else. I have Apple Care . My rear glass is broken. I made an appointment and was told they would switch out my phone for a new one for $99.00. Drove one hour. Got there early to go through the screening. Talked to multiple people about my appointment. I got called in about twenty minutes after my appointment. I was told that they didn't have a phone for me. I would have to come back in 1-3 days. No apologies just said it happens. So two and half hours for nothing. I pay a premium for Apple Care Plus. I wonder how I would have been treated without the caring part. read more

It doesn't matter if it cannot receive calls, texts, emails or if you're able to use your GPS to get back to your hotel/home! In the words of the snarky Apple check-in guy "buy a cheap GPS to find your way back" ...... that's right folks, the $1,200 iPhone wasn't expensive enough! I had an appointment scheduled and they argued with me that they don't take appointments within an hour of closing, yet under their website, you can schedule all the way up to 5:50pm. I showed the employee this and he said it didn't matter. I will be switching to Samsung first thing after I sell the POS iPhone sitting on my nightstand. read more

Great experience, iPod weren't working correctly, made an appointment on my app, checked in with covid precautions and was in front of a tech quickly iPods were being tested within 5 minutes and when the tech returned 5 minutes after that they diagnosed the problem and even though the warranty was expired apple was replacing them for the diagnosed problem anyway Was in and out with replacements in less than 25 minutes, I'm extremely pleased with my experience read more

We hopped off the Apple train years ago, so I have not had a reason to go to an Apple store. Best Friend had questions about syncing her ipad and her iPhone and her iwatch (I guess that's what it is called??). The crew have headsets and you check in with a team member. Our wait was supposed to be ~ 10 minutes, even though the place was packed on Martin Luther King Jr. Day. I'm sure we were helped in less than 10 minutes. The lady who helped answer all my BF's questions was very patient and helpful and helped BR configure her iwatch face and fix some settings. She also helped with the syncing issues as BF wants one device for movies only and one device for music only without using the cloud. So, BF was happy and that made it even quicker for us to enjoy a glass of wine at PF Changs before the Snowcopolipse (sp?) hit. Problems, questions, issues with anything Apple? This is your store. Don't be intimidated by the crowds and you leave there feeling so much hipper! read more

Went in to get a screen replaced on a phone that hadn't been backed up in ages. I attempted to back it up before leaving and apparently it didn't work. We were told "ninety percent chance you won't lose your data". Upon return to the store I was told the original phone could not be repaired and was being replaced. The old phone had already been wiped knocking out two family trips worth of pictures my son had taken. I attempted to contact the store the next day, all phone calls have gone unanswered. This store in and of itself is a reason to abandon Apple and go Android. read more

Do not go to this Apple Store! The customer service was awful. I went to have a battery replaced and in the process, they broke my screen and it left my phone useless! They then told me that I would have to pay for a new screen even though they broke it! The agreement they make you sign to work on the phone they claim says if they break your phone they are not responsible! So buyer beware. They tried to not let me know they broke the screen by saying the screen was not an Apple screen so to replace the battery they would have to replace the screen! Which is a complete lie. I bought the Iphone NEW through Verizon and it has never been worked on. I talked to a Verizon representative and they said they get their phones direct from Apple. I will be sending the phone to Apple directly with what happened and only hope I get a response. read more

Apple store service is pitiful. I waited 45 minutes for an appointment and had to leave, the lady near the door said: happy new year! I came back for a new appointment and they were not able to troubleshoot the bad microphone on my phone. I had to go in for a new phone and after swapping my phone, they had no intentions for letting me finish uploading my stuff from my iCloud. Meanwhile people kept floating around and asking me random questions like: how many children do I have?!!! They could not believe that Apple was giving me money for my old phone??? Finally the manager came and tried to threaten me to leave! I have better things to do rather than just waste my time and energy hanging out an UNSAFE market place! Not a safe place! My iPhone case being broken for awhile I decided to get it repaired. Turns out that a cracked case on iPhones are not "repairable" items, in which case I would need to get a new phone. Two years ago when I got my phone I opted for Apple Care Services via my service provider. I highly recommend this. And so on to Apple Bridge Street. I also had a curious and persistent pop up that concerned me. Without a hitch the staff, were able to resolve that issue. By the way these Apple employees were the best, ie friendly, courteous and smart! I was even able to get my appointment sooner than expected by asking if there were any available openings before my appointment which was an hour and a half later! 5 Solid Stars read more

After having an appointment scheduled with the Genius Bar at 1:45, It took almost 90 minutes to be seen and run a test on my AirPod pros for a well know defect in them. I was then asked to come back a few days later after to receive the replacements. Much to my dismay, they had to repeat the exact same diagnosis check they just ran 3 days prior. Apparently they do not value anyones time. It should not be this difficult and take this much time to address a well known, documented issue with the AirPod Pros. I do not recommend. read more

I recently had a problem with my new iPhone. I was directed by the Apple online technical service center to bring it in to the closest Apple store. In my case, this turned out to be the Bridge Street location. The staff there was extremely friendly and helpful. They were able to resolve my problem and resolve other questions I had. I can't say enough about how great their staff is, their; positive attitude, professional mannerism & technical skills were fantastic! If you had a problem or question respective to any of your Apple devices, I highly recommend that you visit the Bridge Street location. read more

The worst experience I have ever had with Apple. Zero customer service. Made an appointment to have my phone fixed. I totally understand it being during a pandemic. But when you tell me I can purchase a screen protector when I come back to pick my phone I expect to be able to purchase a screen protector and I was told my phone would be ready at 2:15. I show up at 2:15 with my pickup sticker and the employees act like they don't know what to do. Two different people take my temperature, one right after the other because they weren't paying attention. And then I had to wait in the sun with a mask on for over 20 minutes. I tell the people checking me back in that I was told I could purchase a screen protector from the person working on my phone and they tell me that Apple isn't allowing that and I was told incorrectly. And that this was probably the first day for the person with my phone. Well the person I dropped my phone off with was just complaining 2 hours ago to me about all of the regulations and what not so I know it wasn't his first day. They have zero communication and customer service. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Honor what you tell your customers and maybe you wouldn't have such a low rating. read more

I got the best trade in value for my iPhone 11 when I was buying a new iPhone 13. the sales associates did everything they could help me. Transferred all my data and made sure the new phone was updated to the latest edition. While I was waiting, an associate walked up to me and asked me if I could be helpful. I live 50 minutes away from the store. I ordered these devices by phone and was told they would be ready for pickup in 45?minutes at the latest. This was 10:20am come 1pm I called and no they had not gotten my order ready I was told I or my husband could pick it up and to have the receipt available. Well, Brittany, the manager was just not appropriate. She was rude. This is not the first time I have had a negative experience here I refuse to buy from this Apple Store ever again. I talked to corporate and they assured me they will handle it since it is the fourth time I have had a manger be rude and disrespectful towards me. Then got it replaced here twice due to the camera issues. Also when my less than a year old MacBook Pro died, the lady (genius) was really helpful. One star only cause I have to give them one. Don't ever use their TRADE-IN program. They devalued my original offer of $350 for a 2013 iMac in PERFECT operating condition to $90 because the hinge was broken. The plastic washers on the display hinge were faulty on models from 2012-2013 that they finally agreed to repair for free on those machines that were brought in. (When I asked Brittany the manager in early Jan. 2020 she said too bad, too late). So the trade in firm said they'd give me $90 (a mere 75% reduction in the value because of a plastic washer they would fix for less than $5.00 and then they would resell my system for $450-600 (which is the going rate online). I refused their PALTRY suspect offer and said "send it back." They did. They scratched the front and trashed the hard drive so I now have a piece of CrAPPLE. Thanks so much crApple. Unfortunately, I bought another system from crAPPLE for $1900.00..the last thing I'll buy from cheaters, liars, and thieves. I'll be buying PCs in the future. Filed a case # with Apple Care - or should it really be AppleDon'tCare!!!! Four telephone calls, two hours on the phone and all they do is hang up on me, give me the run around, transfer me to someone who then asks all the same questions, say they'll call you back and NEVER do--thanks to Madison on Apple CARE today who said she "had to reboot" and would call me back in 3 minutes...it's now a 1.45 hours later and she won't be calling back.-- I'd be LMAO if they weren't so totally incompetent and liars. I am aware that these are strange and trying times, but I feel that my trip the Huntsville was a total bust. My grandson has an I-Phone that is less than a year old. It totally crashed and he hooked it to him computer to try and update it. It went thru the whole thing twice and finally started working. That lasted for about 2 hours. So we took it to a computer store that had a hook-up with Apple and they were unable to do more than he did. I called the Apple Store in both Huntsville, AL and Germantown, TN and found that only the Huntsville store was open. They need to at least put on their recording stating that it would be best to set an appointment and that would have saved us an over 200 mile round trip. Having ALWAYS had android phones with no problems, I feel that that would only be good customer service to let someone know that an appointment was needed. read more
