We had old iPhone 8's and it was time to upgrade. Hubs has been wanting a new phone for a while and he was thrilled when I said let's go get new phones. We arrived at AT&T store around 9:30 am. There were two customers ahead of us. We browsed the store waiting for the next customer service representative which was 5 minutes. There was one customer service representative assisting an elderly man and a young man that assisted us. I apologize I have forgotten his name. There was a couple waiting on the customer representative waiting on the elderly man and they told us to go ahead and work with the young man. AT&T had a few iPhone 15 ProbMax phones in stock. Hubs selected black and I selected navy blue. They didn't have 2 black phones or 2 blue phones. It wasn't a big deal on the color as navy blue is my favorite color. The Apple Watches were buy one get one free so we purchased a watch each. We saw 3 more customers come in and wait while we were purchasing our phones and watches. After 45 minutes 1of the 3 customers left. The original couple waiting for a customer representative was still waiting along with 2 of the 3 walk in customers. Another 15 minutes later and a second walk in customer left. We had been there 2 hours getting phones and watches set up and I asked why there weren't more people to help. About the time I asked where were more employees a lady customer representative came in to start her shift. It appears they need to hire more employees. Hubs and I had an entry level course on the Apple Watches. As for the Pro Max phones, it was hard for me to get used to not having that "home" button. Old folks need longer than 5 minutes or I do! LOL We are both happy with our new phones and watches. We were in the store about 3 hours to buy 2 phones, 2 watches, 2 chargers, 2 glass protectors, and 2 cases. When we left, the couple that was ahead of us waiting on a different customer service representative were still sitting there waiting. Like being summarily ignored by employees? Do you enjoy sitting around watching others be 'served' wondering how on earth there could possibly be anything that requires over an hour and a half to discuss about a phone? Well, then this AT&T store was made just for you. Slack-jawed staff that pretend you're not there, sitting BS-ing with whoever they're currently helping for well over an hour, because let's face it, you didn't take time off of work to go there, your time is meaningless. If I hadn't 'saved time by ordering online, then pick up in store', I wouldn't have even gone to this pathetic excuse for a business; it was only that the smaller AT&T store near me didn't have the phone I wanted in stock. However, understand that you save NO TIME WHATSOEVER by ordering online and then picking up in the store, if the store is this particular garbage dump of mouth-breathers. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra few miles to another store. Would give a zero if I could. read more

You will waste a lot of time here, as the past two reviews have said. I will say that there is no appointment requirement as someone has said in the past, but they sure are slow. I came at around 430, 2 and a half hours before closing, and the employees did not seem to care much about people waiting. The person that signed me and another person in disappeared into the back for about half an hour when customers were still coming in. Many people left because of not even being checked on in half an hour. After about 1 and a half hours and 2 other people leaving ahead of me, I was told that I wasn't authorized on the account and I had to come back some other time. That's not their fault, but overall The employees were rude and had no sense of time at all. This observation is based on me sitting at a table for the duration of the wait and observing how they treated customers. The following morning, I went and was soon working with an employee named Jordan to help me with purchasing a new iPhone 7. His service was good, but as a general note, the store prices are ridiculous, a 2 pack screen protector glass for 50 dollars? You can find a just as good one on amazon for 10 dollars. Everything is marked up hard, and the employees will try very hard to sell you these things, setting them in front of you and telling you you really need it. While waiting the previous day, you could blatantly see a whiteboard with names and a boldly written "top sales employee" in the back room whenever an employee came out or went in. Avoid if possible, but be prepared for a wait if you're going! read more

I'm so tired of the corporate attitude and the fake, questionable, borderline cheesy attitude of the sales reps. I moved, and my device got wet on a rainy day. I'm on a family plan and since I did not have my parents with me, or know their social security numbers by heart, I was forced to purchase a pay-as-you go phone with a new number. Once you take a photo with this phone, it can never be retrieved again. There is now way of getting the photos onto a computer. Not even standard USB cables work. I'll probably have a panic attack if I have to go into another cell phone store again. They're all awful. I had a T-Mobile phone for work for a few years and it did more damage than work. I was hoping AT&T would be different. read more

I was at this AT&T store this morning helping an elderly lady. She was confused and thought the cell phone store could help her with her Direct TV account with AT&T. Fortunately, a Kind and patient man by the name of "Sancho" stepped in to help us. He was Wonderful!! With his help we were able to resolve her issue and relieve her anxiety. Great service. Great Customer service !! Have literally seen the staff Jump through hoops to help customers. One will even take my calls when she is not at work to try to resolve issues. Brandy is a wonderful employee and as a business owner I wish she worked for me. Can't really have anything bad to say about anyone though great group of young guys and girls. read more

Would have given NO star if I could! My husband and I went in this morning to get our son another phone (lost his). We decided to upgrade all our phones. We were there for 3 1/2 hours while the 'tech' supposedly back our old phones up to iCloud. We were assured we wouldn't loose anything. Now my husband and I are not very tech savvy, so we trusted this 'tech'. After leaving the store we noticed that our notes were not on the new phones, nor were any of our apps/games or text messages. Thinking when I got home I could just go to iCloud and download our stuff. Well, I couldn't find the iCloud backup. So I go back to the store (25 miles away) and the 'tech' who helped us was not there. Another employee tried to help and got my old phone and we logged into iCloud on it and apparently the 'tech' who helped us before did NOT do a back up and just transferred our pictures (thank goodness for that). So now, here we are with new phones and none of our notes (which included somethings we cannot get back)! People please make sure the 'tech' you are dealing with knows what they are doing and does what they say! We are both sick about loosing the information we had in our old phones! All the employee could say was I'm sorry! Beware and back up your own phone before going in to trade!!! I wish I had known better! read more
