Basically, I was told no to the discount and that I could cancel. I considered canceling both reservations because I usually book a return trip, but I thanked them and moved on. About 15 minutes later, they asked for my confirmation number to cancel the reservation. I thanked them again and moved on. Then I received another message requesting my information for cancellation. I asked to speak with a manager and never heard back. I do not recommend using the chat option that goes directly to text messaging. If you have questions, it's better to call. The people who answer the phone are wonderful. I believe that service-oriented businesses need excellent customer service and repeat customers who recommend them to others. I typically avoid writing negative reviews based on a single bad experience, but I wanted to let the business know that communicating via text can sometimes be a negative experience. Lastly, Limo Star management or owners, please offer discounts to students and parents, as they could become loyal customers. I would recommend this company.

He scanned our ticket and we boarded. The bus was pretty full, so we ended up sitting separately. The above head storage bins are kind of tight, so I had to take something out of my over stuffed backpack to manage to wiggle it in. While my purse sat on my lap. I liked the foot rest and the hook on the handle on the seat in front of me. Trash bags were hung here and there. Looks like they also provided small bottles of water for us, though we had to grab those ourselves. The electric plugs didn't seem to work, but perhaps the ubs plugs in the ceiling did. He set expectations so we knew that we had a 20 min rest stop before arriving at Baltimore, and pointed out things to help us to pay attention and to get back to the right bus.
