WARNING*** DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Worst experience ever and totally embarrassed. I had booked a black 20 passenger party bus back in April for my daughters prom in May. When I booked the bus, I requested pictures of the bus for the parents. I was told that the party bus will definitely be in black via phone and text message and they will provide me pictures two days prior to my event. two days prior to my event I've never never heard from the company, I called three times and also texted three times requesting that they send me pictures, I kept getting the runaround, finally around 9:30 at night I finally talked to Chris, he sent me pictures of a limo that would be similar, and stated in the morning he will definitely send me pictures of the exact limo. again the next morning, I never heard from the company. On the day of prom, my daughters friends, and their parents waited outside my house for the party bus to show up. A small, white, dirty broken down dented bus,showed up to my house. I was horrified and embarrass. None of the parents would let their children get on this bus we did not use their service and we did not get what we were promise. Please see the pictures of below of what I was promised, and what we got. Ive been calling for 10 days now to get a refund from Glen Woods who is the billing department manager. they will not give me a refund for the $2000 that I was charged. Needed a ride to the airport last minute because the previous car service I booked did not show up. Empire limousine was able to send us a car right away and the driver came right on time. The car seat I requested for my 2 yo has been sanitized which was super nice. Driver was professional, car was nice and clean. We hired this service for my 28 year old brother's funeral. They were to pick us up at 8:30am and we had a few destinations. At 8:35am I called asking for a status update and was told I would be called right back. 10 minutes later I decide to call back and was told the driver is stuck in traffic. I told the dispatcher that we are already late to the funeral and to have the limo meet us at church to continue our trip from there. The limo never showed up even at the church to continue our trip. They completely botched my brothers funeral. When I called to ask for a refund it was admitted to me the driver was not in traffic he had overslept. Horrible customer service. If I had not called I would still be waiting for the limo. On top of it they lied the whole way through. read more

Not impressed. We booked this service and paid a large premium for airport pickup specifically to get a car seat for our toddler. The driver was nowhere to be found and after several phone calls he showed up about 15 minutes later, he had obviously been hanging out in some parking lot rather than being near the gate. The car seat was shoddy and not installed. The driver didn't know how to use it so I worked on installing it. He kept interrupting me and telling me it was done being installed when it was completely mobile. Infuriating when we got the service specifically for a car seat. Otherwise it would have been easy to go to the regular limo or taxi line and get a car quickly and cheaper. This was my second time using Empire and the first time heading to the airport the driver was on time and the seat was installed... This time the guy was a clown and I felt ripped off.
