    Was not greeted while I walked around waiting to find someone in red available. I had a 2:35 appointment to go over options for my damaged screen on my MacBook Pro. Flagged a woman down and was told you check in at the door, mind you there's no sign nor stand to check in with and she advised me that guy standing there is checking people in. Well he wasn't there when I arrived. After that hiccup, I was greeted by Cody and he changed my experience. Thanks Cody your the reason for my store rating.

    Ignore the bad reviews. They're from a bunch of angry, stupid people without Apple Care. I dropped my iPhone last month and brought it to this store today. I wasn't expecting much because my phone only had faint lines at the top, nothing too serious. The genius I spoke to, Jason, told me they could replace the screen that same day. Since I had Apple Care they replaced the screen in just one hour for free. I had an awesome experience here and will be back.

    Original sale bag, ipad air, ipad mini and otter skin symmetry series 360 protective covers for each.

    I learned that my good friend whose spouse suddenly passed, tried to return ipad air, ipad mini and two otter skins once she regained some semblance of sanity after the death and was declined several times simply stating that the return time had expired. No sympathy no bereavement exception, just SORRY. Items were still unused, in original boxes in store bag. No exceptions! I have been asked to sell on her behalf but wanted to exhaust my options as death should not result in penalty to a purchase from such a large and international conglomerate. They always only purchase Apple products but these extenuating circumstances would seem to fall under an exception clause. Please advise and I should be able to amend my review, but not cool on apple el Paseo village store! Perhaps national needs to step in and create a bereavement clause for just such situations.

    I was on vacation and received a new Apple watch from my amazing husband for my birthday and wanted to activate it right away and trade my old watch in. I was a little leery about going to this location due to the negative reviews, but luckily I had a very positive experience. All the staff members were super helpful, friendly and patient. I locked myself out since I couldn't remember my password and had to wait an hour for it to allow me to reset it. It was 5 minutes past closing time when I could finally get into my account and they were all still kind and equanimous. I really appreciated they allowed me to wait since it was just after the official closing time when I was able to complete my transaction. It actually only took the fantastic associate Kevin a couple minutes to assist me once I could gain access to my account. The store was very clean and I never felt rushed (just annoyed at myself for not knowing my password, but they did not make me feel stressed or bad about it). Thank you Apple El Paseo for making my birthday a little better.

    When will you have full service at the store again? Service was wonderful but non tech people like my husband &myself have a hard time transferring and setting up devices. we were told how easy it was going to be but it wasn't

    Ask a question that sober people are able to answer. It's covid times. Enough said. Make an appointment; the staff will answer any questions or address any problems you have. Google works.

    Can they engrave? I wanna engrave writing for an iPad Pro/pencil but I don't wanna wait two months for it to ship.

I think we only waited like 15-20 minutes? Really not that terrible. They had a little couch thing for us to sit on. Chris was our helper. He was amazing and super patient (we were there until like 8 :( ) First we needed to add my mum to my phone plan thing, get her a new number, basically start from scratch. The whole shebang. My mum is very particular on numbers, mostly just so she can have something super, super easy to remember. Trying to find a number took at least a good 15 minutes or so (I wish I was joking). But Chris was patient and super helpful throughout the whole process. The next long part was transferring all my shit from my old phone to my new phone. NOTE: back your contacts to iCloud! (I uploaded alllll my photos and everything onto my laptop the night before because I had a lot of photos, but I didn't have my contacts backed up to iCloud..) transferring like a million (6,000+ photos) from one phone to the next took about 30 minutes, a little more (or so it felt). Transferring all my mum's stuff was a breeze because during my long ass transfer time, I backed her stuff up onto her iCloud so we wouldn't be stuck in the same predicament. Anyway, we were there for what seemed liked ever. But Chris was very patient, helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. I would definitely ask for him if you are needing to go to that at&t!

However, it's woefully slow. I don't think it's the reps, per se, but more the customers. During the almost 1.5 hours combined waiting time (I had to pick up new equipment, go home, then come back and drop off the old equipment), I noticed that almost everyone who was there had little to no grasp of current technology. Either it wasn't a clear understanding of their cellular phone plan rates, the Xumo box and remote, or how to connect their dumb or smart TV to spectrum, it was all rather simple stuff that took so much time. I had ordered my equipment while driving and was told it would be ready after 1pm. Fair enough. I got there at 1:20 but didn't leave until 2:15! Yikes! Then, when I returned at 6:30 pm, I wasn't helped until almost 7. For those of us who know how to log into a website and navigate, there should be an automated dispenser and/or return kiosk for equipment. I really didn't have to talk to anyone to get or return the equipment. I mean, I had to activate the new modem on my own via their website, so Spectrum already made the assumption I didn't need any customer service help, so why would they think I'd need it picking up or returning equipment. The 2 star rating was based on the wait times, but really, it's a reflection of the customers' lack of knowledge... I appreciate the teams' patience there. Some of the questions or the rudeness of the customers would have gotten on my last nerve...

I was frantic. I had friends try to get my email to come back up on my phone to no avail ... and so I took a chance and went to another Verizon Store ( on Hwy 111 in La Quinta). Boy was I glad I did because not only was Kareem extremely cordial & friendly but he had my phone issue fixed within 5 minutes! He was awesome... and I am truly grateful to him. He's the best!!! So take my advice and run, don't walk to this location and request Kareem if you are a tech disaster like me & mess up your phone so bad that no one can fix it... Well, almost no one... except ... He communicates via text, so you will know what problems he observes. He provides cost estimates for any upgrades or repairs he suggests, and the decision is always yours. There is no pressure--just information. I brought my boyfriend's laptop to Jason after it fell, damaging the DC power jack. This has happened before, and we weren't sure it could be repaired again. Jason assured me it could. He provided a very reasonable up-front estimate for the part and labor, which I gladly agreed to. Once he opened up the computer, Jason diagnosed a few other problems. He tightened the hinges, cleaned the fan and the heat sink, and applied fresh thermal paste for the CPU. When he installed the new power jack and recharged the battery, he noticed the computer was running slowly, so he asked if I would like to replace the old mechanical hard drive. Long story short--my boyfriend was thrilled to have his computer running well again. I appreciated Jason's work so much I brought him an old (over 10 years old!) MacBook to see if he could make it run faster. He transferred all my files to a new drive, replaced a broken trackpad, and changed the battery.
