I went over the grounds to describe the issues that I am having. I really needed to get things taken care of and was happy that they were here to perform the spraying. They were here for about 30 min. or less before I was told that they would have to come back some other time since their sprayer was not working. That was disappointing since I needed service sooner rather than later. Great, now I have to get back on a schedule and back in line and wait. I have no idea what was treated before the sprayer broke, or if anything was treated at all. This kind of information would have been nice. I received a VM from the office to reschedule - No apologies for the inconvenience of my taking off work for this appointment or anything. Just a "call us back to reschedule" type of thing. The last thing I need is to take off work again with the potential of the job not being able to be completed. I am going to go with another local provider and hope for the best.

They came back out (late again) and still didn't properly finish the job. They were supposed to do exclusion work to keep pests out, but they left gaps larger than 1/4" left untreated! I would not rely on Orkin to do any proper exclusion work in the future. Not surprising since it's just another opportunity for them to charge for extermination services. They've also refused to provide a customer copy of the service contract that was signed, which is extremely shady.

First they incorrectly identified the service address as our main building instead of our auxiliary building and they billed me for the annual cost instead of the semi-annual cost. I have called them 3 times so far to correct both issues with no resolve. The customer service personnel can't do anything without Mike Cook personally taking care of it and he is never in the office to do his job. I can not recommend this company and suggest finding someone else. I'll be looking for another company even to the extent of going back to the previous one.
